In case you haven't already, pick up a copy of the book, "Straight From The Source' by Kim Osorio, former editor and chief of the hip hop bible. In the book, Ms Osorio gives a first hand account of the goings on behind the scenes of the premier urban publication in America and her relationships with 50 Cent and Nas. The book is entertaining, witty and at times sad as she recounts the rise and fall of the hip hop magazine and her sexual discrimantion lawsuit against it's owners. Check it out. It's worth a read.
