She will also serve three months of home incarceration for the crime. She could have received a three year sentence. Hill neglected to pay taxes on income earned between 2005-2007. She stated she refused to pay due to threats made against her family.  It's unclear what threats were made against Hill and her family. She's released a new single, although not one of her best, to tide fans over until her release. It's unclear when she'll report to serve her time. After reportedly faking a divorce, "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" star Porsha Stewart and her husband are expecting their first child. No due date has been announced and it's unclear how the writers will rewrite their story line into the script. At any rate, congratulations to the couple. It looks like rapper Lil Flip has caught a break in his gun case. A judge recalled a warrant for his arrest after he skipped out on a hearing due to scheduling conflicts. His attorney filed court documents stating that his absence was a mistake because he wasn't aware of the hearing. The judge bought the excuse and has rescheduled a hearing for this summer. Flip was arrested in Louisiana for speeding. Authorities found an AR-15 assault rifle and marijuana in his possession. He plead guilty to the charges claiming that the marijuana was tobacco and presented a Texas license for the weapon. He's due back in court in July. On DVD: "Jack Reacher", "The Great Escape" "Safe Haven" and "Mama". On the tube: "Hell's Kitchen" on Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Splash" on ABC and "The Voice" on NBC. Happy Tuesday!

Monday Memo

The superhero film "Iron Man 3" topped the weekend box office, earning over $175 million. "Pain & Gain",, "42", "Oblivion" and "The Croods" round out the top five films of the week. It's officially over between Chris Brown and Rihanna. Brown has confirmed that the two are no longer dating and that because he's still young, he should be dating a lot of women. In the meantime, a model he was rumored to be dating in the past just may resurface anytime soon. It looks like rapper Lil Wayne will no longer be doing the Dew. Song drink giant Mountain Dew has dropped the rapper from his endorsement deal due to pressure from the family of late civil rights icon Emmett Till. The family stated Wayne's lyrics on the single "Karate Chop" where he mentions Twill were offensive. Wayne wrote a letter of apology in which he acknowledged the family's pain, but never said I'm sorry. No comment from the New Orleans rapper.  It will be interesting to see what comes of several new shows scheduled to hit primetime. The networks are pulling out all the stops to get viewers and it's the viewers who will determine which shows make the cut. We'll have to wait and see. Singer Fantasia Barrino graces the cover of the latest issue of Upscale magazine. In the article she discusses the events of her life the last few years and what's next. Friday Facts

He' s due in court to face aggravated assault charges later this month. The beef between "American Idol" judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj is real. After the two traded words on the show, Minaj took to social networking site Twitter to continue going in on Carey by saying "Why is a woman so successful at her age still so insecure and bitter?". She went on to add "All den #1s, but JLo's phone is ringing". "I guess having a personality, being a secure woman and giving genuine critiques trumps that.". The season seems to growing more eventful by the day, and only time will tell what will happen next. Rapper Nas is working on getting a lawsuit filed by a concert promoter against him dismissed. The promoter claimed the Queensbridge rapper didn't show for a concert in Angola, that he and his son were later kidnapped. The Chicago rapper has been letting his creative juices flow in Paris for the past several months. He's reportedly tapped fellow Chicago native Chief Keef for new music, although details of the album remain a mystery. Thursday Dish

Sad news out of the world of hip hop. Chris "Mack Daddy" Kelly of the nineties hip hop group Kriss Kross has died. He was 34. He was found unresponsive at his Atlanta home. No further details are available. Kriss Kross was discovered at an Atlanta mall by producer Jermaine Dupri, who signed the group to his So So Def Recordings label and produced their debut album "Totally Krossed Out". It featured the hit single "Jump" and the group reunited back in February to celebrate So So Def's 20th anniversary. Rapper Lil Wayne tweeted that he's fine after suffering yet another seizure. He spent in Cedars-Sinai Hospital before being released. Wayne stated previously that he's suffered from the disorder epilepsy since childhood.  Meanwhile, the family of civil rights pioneer Emmett Till is not happy with the letter of apology Wayne wrote regarding his offensive lyrics on the Future single "Karate Chop". The family isn't happy because while Wayne acknowledges the family's pain, it doesn't use the word apologize. The family also wants soft drink giant Mountain Dew to drop Wayne from it's payroll. While it there's been no word on whether it's decided to do that, it has decided to pull a recent add featuring rapper Tyler, The Creator, due to criticism regarding it's depiction of African Americans. Tyler is the voice of Felicia the Goat, who winds up in an all African American police lineup.  The Michael Jackson wrongful death trial continued with focused being placed on Dr Conrad Murray's debt. Wednesday Roundup

The Michael Jackson wrongful death trial is still underway and the judge in the case has issued a parental guidance. He ruled that only one of Michael's siblings could be in the courtroom at a time along with mother Katherine. Reportedly, concert promoter AEG intended to summon members of the family to testify regarding the family's intervention in Michael's drug use. Just when it looked like "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" couple Porsha and Cordell Stewart had called it quits and left the show, it's been revealed that the couple has been asked to return. Radaronline is reporting that the divorce drama was made up. On word on when the pair will return to the set. Singer Rihanna is making up the Texas concert dates she missed due to illness and is honoring tickets for the Dallas show at the American Airlines Center on Nov. 11 and in Houston at the Toyota Center on Nov. 14. In addition, her documentary, "777" will air this Monday. Rapper Snoop Dogg, aka Snoop Lion, isn't concerned about having beef with singer Bunny Wailer. Rather ironic that the allegations are being made considering that Wailer appears in Snoop's documentary. Rapper Method Man is calling out rapper Macklamore. During a recent interview, Meth recounted how while watching Macklamore's MTV performance the up and coming star proceeded to walk atop fans. Meth has been known to do this and now says Macklamore stole his move. He even asked Denver fans to literally make Macklamore feel the pain if he attempts the move again by dropping him like a bad habit. So far, Macklamore hasn't commented. Rapper J. Cole is feeling very generous. He's released the "Truly Yours 2" EP.
