Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys and others have joined in wishing former South African president Nelson Mandela happy birthday. The custody battle for Michael Jackson's children rages on. It appears that Janet Jackson has stated that she would be willing to take the children if her mother Katherine is unable to care for them. Katherine Jackson, in the meantime, has filed a petition in court contesting her son's will. She wants to make certain her son's wishes will be carried out. Russell Crowe is currently filming Robin Hood and while on the set a car caught fire and the Auzzie actor came to the aid of the car's owner. Another sign of the weakening aconomy.
