Thursday Dish

The 83rd annual "CMA Awards" aired last night and singer Taylor Swift became the youngest artist to ever win "Entertainer Of The Year". The 19-year old also won "Female Vocalist Of The Year". Other winners were: Brad Paisley,  Male Vocalist Of The Year, Best Vocal Duo, Sugarland, New Artist, Darius Rucker, and Song Of The Year, "In Color",  Jamey Johnson. Singer/actress Beyonce will release a dvd which will capture footage of the singer during a Los Vegas concert. Titled, "Iam Yours: An Intimate Performance At Wynn Los Vegas" , shows behind the scenes footage of the singer as she prepares for her Aug 2 show, which included 30 of her most beloved songs. The dvd will be released on Nov 23. The film, "G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra" has topped the national DVD sales charts. The film scored a North American sales talley of 3.8 million discs, 500,000 of them blue ray the week of November 8. "The Taking Of Pelham 123" landed at number 2. Aaron Carter and his partner Karina were eliminated on last night's "Dancing With The Stars". On the tube: "Bones" on Fox, "Survivor Samoa" on CBS, "Flash Forward" on ABC, and "Community" on NBC.
