Monday Memo
"TRON: Legacy" topped the weekend box office, earning over $43 million dollars. "Yogi Bear", "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader", "The Fighter" and "The Tourist" round out the top five films of the week. Authorities are investigating the theft of $192,000 in jewelry and luggage from Jermaine Jackson. Ironically, Jackson appeared in court as week before to state that he couldn't afford the $3,000 a month child support he was ordered to pay. Stay tuned as this story develops. Waka Flaka Flame responded to allegations that he has gang ties during a recent radio interview. He says he's a rapper and not a gang banger. It was reported that authorities raided his Atlanta home where Gucci Mane was arrested. Authorities suspected that drug trafficking and prostitution may have occurred in the home, although it has not been confirmed. Stay tuned as this story develops. Robert Deniro and Ben Stiller keep the laughs coming in the latest installment of the "Meet The Parents" franchise. "Little Frockers" should be a hit with fans. The film will be released on Wednesday. The competition is getting down to the wire on "Skating With The Stars". Only time will tell who the winner will be. On the tube: "Million Dollar Money Drop" on Fox, "How I Met Your Mother" on CBS, "Skating With The Stars" on ABC and "The Sing-off" on NBC. Happy Monday!
