The family of singer Amy Winehouse says that believe she tried to quit alcohol cold turkey and her body may have not been able to cope. A toxicology report to determine the cause of the singer's death won't be back for six to eight weeks. In the meantime, the singer will grace one of two Vibe magazine covers for t heir July/August issue. The magazine will include an article written by a friend of the singer. Fans waiting to see Kanye West and Jay Z on the "Watch The Throne" tour, will have to wait a little longer than expected. Tour promoters have pulled the tour schedule to add more dates, according to Allhiphop.com. Presale tickets on on sale on August 2, a week later than expected and a day after the newly revised tour schedule will be released. The tour is scheduled to begin in September in Detroit and end in early November in Boston. Rapper J. Cole stated in an interview that he won't release a mixtape ahead of his debut album "Cole World: The Sideline Story". Instead, he'll leak a few unfinished songs intended to appear on the mixtape. He says he doesn't want to confused fans by releasing two projects. Singer Kelly Rowland, who released her third solo effort "Here I Am" on Tuesday, stated during a radio interview that she and Chris Brown will be touring together this fall. Brown took to his Twitter account to confirm the news. Although other stars will be announced soon, rumor has it that Joe Jonas, who collaborated with Brown on the song "See No More" will join the tour. Adding to speculation is that Jonas has reportedly said he'd be honored to join the two. However the final lineup shakes out, it should be a hot show for fans. Atlanta rap star Young Jeezy has called out a calavry of stars to appear on his upcoming album "Thug Motivation 103". He has collaborations with Jay Z, Drake and Andre 300 in addition to other stars Wiz Khalifa and Travis Barker. Lil Wayne appears on the single "Ballin". Jeezy announced during a recent concert that "Thug Motivation103" will hit stores on September 30. "So You Think You Can Dance" continues for another week, along with "Big Brother". As mentioned previously, rapper 50 Cent is disgusted with his record label. There has been a delay in the release of his latest album, and now the rapper says he plans to scrap it altogether. He says his label has dropped the ball on him one too many times. He also mentioned that he thought of leaking one of Dr Dre's tracks, but decided against it. Meanwhile former G-Unit affiliate Game reportedly got into a spat with a video model. The model has now put a video of the rapper's pleading with her to allow him to demonstrate his oral sex skills on the internet. He even offered to fly her first class to Los Angeles for an encounter. In other Game news, the rapper may be searching for a new recording home as well. He's been with Interscope Records his entire career, and is considering going over to Cash Money Records when his current contract expires. He says he talks with CEO Bryan "Baby" Williams often, and he's grown comfortable with Lil Wayne and the rest of the Young Money Entertainment crew, with whom he's collaborated on several occasions. While no deal has been worked out as yet, the West Coast MC could join the roster that includes chart toppers Drake and Nicki Minaj. The label also boast the talents of Bow Wow and DJ Khaled. Games next album, "The R.E.D. Album", will hit stores on August 23. Lauryn Hill has confirmed what some may know already. Ex-boyfriend Rohan Marley is not the father of her new baby boy. Marley has tweeted on several occasions about the matter, saying he isn't the childs father. Pictures of Marley and his new model girlfriend are posted on the internet currently. Kelly Rowland, who just released a new album "Here I Am" on Tuesday, talked during a recent interview about the single "Motivation" and the possibility of a Destiny's Child reunion. She says she loved "Motivation" when she heard the track and that working with Lil Wayne was breathtaking. As for a Destiny's Child reunion, she says although the three women talk often, there are no plans for a reunion. With a new album and a new job as a judge on the UK's "X Factor", Rowland has quite a bit going for her. Having been quiet for the last few years, it looks like singer Ashanti is preparing to hit the scene again. The singer recently released a promotional photo shoot and has been in the studio with Dr Dre and Lil Wayne. Fans might be treated to a single this summer with an album later this year. Another exciting episode of "So You Think You Can Dance" aired last night with fans being treated to more fine performances from the contestants. Over 300 to 400 family and friends attended funeral services for Amy Winehouse in London yesterday. Winehouse's father sang "So Far Away" during the service, which was a song he and the troubled star sang together. Ms Wineshouse will be missed. Rapper/actor Common has new music ready to hit the streets. His upcoming album is tentatively titled "The Dreamer, The Believer", and the first single is called "Ghetto Dreams". He explained during a recent interview that the point being made in the song is that he wants a bad woman. She looks good, can cook and can handle herself well on the street. "Ghetto Dreams" features a guest appearance from Nas and the two shoot the video for the single in Los Angles. There's been no announcement regarding when the album will hit store shelves. Rapper Wiz Khalifa celebrated the recent gold certification of his debut album "Rolling Papers" at the offices of Atlantic Records. There was a plaque presentation and the office was decorated with black and yellow balloons. "Rolling Papers" was released this past March and features the singles "Black And Yellow" and "Roll Up". The rapper is currently on tour with Big Sean. If ever given the opportunity to perform in Jamaica again, rapper Nicki Minaj should remember to watch her language. The rapper was fined for using profanity during her recent show on the island. She paid a fine and proceeded to the next venue. It may be an honor to play with Lauryn Hill, but the honor may not come with a paycheck. Guitarist Jay Gore, who played shows with the Grammy winner in 2007, is suing the star claiming he's own over $3,905 is compensation. The suit was filed in small claims court in Los Angeles. Family and friends will attend funeral services for Amy Winehouse in London today. An autopsy conducted has failed to determine the cause of the singers death. Results of a toxicology report will return in six weeks. Congratulations to singer/rapper Lauryn Hill are in order. She gave birth to her sixth child, a baby boy. Mother and son are resting at home and doing well. Only weeks after announcing her split with Mark Anthony, rumors are surfacing that Jennifer Lopez has rekindled an old flame. Reportedly, she was seen having dinner with former boyfriend Sean "Diddy" Combs. Combs entered the restaurant, followed soon after by Lopez. Although the rumor has not been confirmed or denied, the two dated a few years back. Fans will recall the two were together when while during a night on the town at Club New York a shooting occurred. Combs was cleared of any wrong doing in the case. Although things seem to be pretty hot and heavy between the two, singer Ciara said in an interview that she has no plans to marry current boyfriend Amar'e Stoudemire. She says she seem no reason to rush it. Still no word on when new music from the singer will hit store shelves, however. According to HipHopDX, Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa and Curren$y are working on a mixtape together. Talk of the three MC working together began after two tracks featuring the three stars "O.T.T.R." and "Flowers" were leaked to the internet. Big Sean and Wiz Khalifa are currently on a 27-city tour together. ABC's "The Bachelorette" continued with a trip to the Fiji islands, and one bachelor left the island "out of respect" for Ashley, while another rejected suitor returned for a second chance at love and a rose. Tune in to see who Ashley chooses. Fox News anchors Bill O'Riley and Laura Dern took Chris Brown to task and went in or rapper 50 Cent as well. 50, or course, took to his Twitter account to voice his opinion on the matter, despite the fact that O'Riley invited the New York rapper to appear on his show. Lets just say 50 turned down the invitation. Twitter has certainly become a platform or sorts for the G-Unit general. Kelly Rowland has new music in stores this week with "Here I Am". The captain made it happen over the weekend. "Captain America: The First Avenger" topped the weekend box office earning over $60 million dollars. "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2", "Friends With Benefits", "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" and "Horrible Bosses" round out the top five films of the week. Authorities have not yet determined what caused the death of singer Amy Winehouse. An autopsy will be performed, and a toxicology test will performed soon. Although it hasn't been confirmed, friends say they believe the singer died of an overdose of alchol and ecstasy. They also say she went on a binge with friends shortly before her death. She joins the ranks of other artists who died at the age of 27, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and Jim Morrison, among others. Miami rapper Flo Rida says a recent DNA test proves that he is not the father of a daughter. The mother of the child wants another test performed because she believes the rhyme slinger took the test under an assumed name. It looks like Kim Kardashian may win her recent suit against retailer Old Navy after all. As mentioned previously, the reality star sued the clothing company after discovering that it used a Kardashian look a like in an ad. This look a like also happens to be the latest flame of Kardashians ex Reggie Bush. Reportedly the star has been in talks to star her own clothing line and it was determined that there may be some confusion since the Old Navy ad has been running. It remains to be seen if and when the matter will be settled. ABCs "The Bachelorette" continues tonight, along with "America's Got Talent". A Atlanta judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed against rapper Rick Ross. As mentioned previously, a neighbor sued the Miami rapper when his pit bulls escaped his mansion and killed her york shire terrier. The suit was thrown out because the woman didn't follow the correct procedure when filing the suit. The Ross camp tried to handle the matter by paying the vet bill, but Ross' lawyer says the plaintive is trying to capitalize on the incident. Singer R Kelly is now recuperating at home after emergency throat surgery. The singer had a abscess removed from his tonsils. It's unclear when his current concert tour will resume, as he's missed several dates due to his illness. If you asked his neighbors, they'd probably tell you Chris Brown is the neighbor from hell. Several complaints have been made by tenants at his California condo saying Brown races dogs up and down hallways, blasts music day and night and parks in handicap spaces. Brown took to his Twitter account to voice his opinion on the matter. It's unclear if or when any legal action will be taken. Although Sean Kingston has been resting at home following his jet ski accident, it appears it's not behind him yet. The singer met with investigators who are looking into the accident. The Florida Fish & Wildlife Committee could site Kingston for violations if he's found to have been operating his vehicle carelessly or driving in excess of the speed limit. He was released from the hospital on July 4 after recovering from critical condition. The passenger on the jet ski, Kingston's friend Cassandra Sanchez has chosen not to press charges. After being released from an Arizona prison this week, rapper DMX dispelled rumors he'll sign with Rick Ross' Maybach Music. While he would not confirm or deny whether a meeting took place, or a deal is in place, when asked he simply responded that he probably would not release his next album on Maybach Music. He says his next release will bring hip hop back. There's been no announcement regarding a release date, however. All five members of Cleveland rap group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony will reunite as part of the second annual Homecoming concert. The group will perform in its hometown Cleveland. Drake will also perform at the show celebrating the city's 215th birthday. Drake and the members of the group are excited about the upcoming event. It will certainly be a treat for all who attend. Singer R. Kelly is recuperating in a Chicago hospital after having emergency surgery on his tonsils. The singer was rushed to the hospital after he began complaining about soreness in his throat. Doctors surgically removed an abscess from his tonsils. He's expected to be sidelined for a few weeks to recuperate. This happens as the singer was in the middle of a tour across the country. He began missing shows, and until now, no one knew what the problem was. According to TMZ, reality star Kim Kardashian is suing Old Navy claiming they used a Kardashian impersonator in one of their ads. It doesn't help matters that Kardashian is reportedly upset about a tweet the retail chain posted. Rumor has it that the model in the ad is the latest flame of ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush. There's been no announcement on a settlement. With a new hit show and a new lease on life actress Lisa Raye is on top of the world. She also graces the cover of the latest issue of Upscale magazine. She discusses her past problems and how she got over them, her relationship with her daughter and her new show. Upscale magazine is on newsstands now. Big Boi, one half of the Atlanta rap duo Outkast, says hes completed 17 songs for his upcoming sophomore album. The album titled "Daddy Fat Sax" should be released before the end of the year, according to the southern rap great. He says he has some surprises in store for fans. Only time will tell. With a hit album under her belt, Sade has become the hottest concert ticket of the summer. She recently wowed fans at the American Airlines Arena in Miami FL with a flawless show. She reportedly took fans back in time with old favorites like "Your Love Is King", "Smooth Operator" and "No Ordinary Love". Let's just hope it doesn't take another ten years for fans to be treated to her talents again. T.I. fans got a treat when the Atlanta rapper wrote a letter to thanking them for their love and support. As most know, the MC has been serving a eleven month sentence for drug possession, a violation of his parole. The rapper stated he will have new music available soon. DMX has been released from prison. The rapper served a sentence for drug possession and violating his probation. It had been rumored that he was caught with drugs in prison, but a prison official says that is not true. The rapper has a album and reality show in the works. With both he and T.I gaining their freedom, here's hoping that the two can refocus on their careers and keep their lives on track. They are both talented individuals who can and should be doing more than making foolish decisions that they ultimately pay for with their freedom. While taking a breather from promoting their latest album "Last Train To Paris", Sean "Diddy" Combs and Dawn Richards of Diddy Dirty Money stopped to help clean a park in London. The duo appeared at the Toffee Park Adventure Playground and Youth Centre along with 50 other volunteers for the Orange Rockcorps Program. Because a good dead deserves another, volunteers were given free concert tickets in exchange for four hours of community service. Diddy Dirty Money went on to perform at Wembley Arena. Lil Wayne appears on the cover of the latest issue of XXL magazine. The rapper discusses his career and what's next for him. Singer Chris Brown graces the cover of the latest issue of The Source. The singer discusses his career, the journey he's taken from being the boyfriend who beat Rihanna, to the top of the charts, and what's next. Rapper Ja Rule, who is currently serving a two year sentence on a gun possession charge, will now have to serve two more years for tax invasion. The rapper admitted that he has not paid taxes on his earnings from 2004 to 2006. He may server both sentences concurrently, and serve just two years. That doesn't mean he will be let off the hook completely. He will have to pay $1.1 million dollars in back taxes. More details have come to light regarding the Jennifer Lopez and Mark Anthony split. A dancer who appeared in the singer's video for "I'm Into You" has denied rumors that he and Lopez are involved. Ironically, he split from his wife after the video was completed. Matthew Knowles, father of singer Beyonce, has inked a recording deal with cable channel BET to record albums from winners of the hit show "Sunday Best's" first four seasons. He will also record a best of compilation from the show as well. Cable news network Fox has taken NBCs "Today Show" to task for inviting singer Chris Brown on its show to perform. In response, Brown took to his Twitter account to voice his opinion on the matter saying the show was concerned with talent and not a nearly three year old incident. He added he walks with his head held high and his middle finger even higher. It sounds like he's not too concerned with what anyone thinks. Rapper Foxy Brown stated in an interview that she would never moon anyone. Charges she mooned a neighbor were dropped recently because the neighbor refused to testify in court. Gucci Mane is out of prison, for now at least, and the first thing he did was head to the recording studio. In a recent interview, the Atlanta rapper stated he went into the recording studio and got five records done. Another thing that has some talking is the tattoo of a ice cream cone on his face. He says he doesn't think it's a big deal and it didn't take a long time to consider. He plans to release a collaboration album with labelmate Waka Flaka Flame under the moniker the Ferrari Boyz. Fans of the hit show "Single Ladies" will be happy to know that the show has been picked up for a second season. The last film of the Harry Potter franchise, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2", topped the weekend box office, earning over $160 million dollars. "Transformers: Dark of the Moon", "Horrible Bosses", "Zookeeper" and "Cars 2" round out the top five films of the week. Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez announced on Friday that after 7 years of marriage she and husband Mark Anthony have decided to split. She said in a statement that it is a painful time for all and would ask that everyone respect their privacy at this time. While Jennifer Lopez and Mark Anthony are splitting, former Pussycat Dolls frontwoman Nicole Scherzinger and her beau have gotten engaged. There's been no annoucement regarding a wedding date, however. Singer Beyonce continues her successful run on the charts with her fourth studio album "4". As mentioned previously, the album is currently number 1 on the charts and shows no signs of slowing down sales wise. There's been no word on when or if the star will tour in support of the album. In more Destiny's Child news, Rico Love, writer of Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland's hit single "Motivation", said in an interview that he's not resting on his laurels and has other songs prepared. Not only does he have four other tracks on Rowland's next album "Here I Am", which will be released on July 26, he also finished work on Mario's next album and will start work on Usher's next album soon. It looks like singer R Kelly is the latest victum of the foreclosure crisis. The singer/songwriter/producer could lose his 11,1140 square foot Chicago mansion due to a $2.9 million forclosure suit filed by J.P. Morgan Chase. The bank says Kelly has failed to make mortage payments since June of last year. He first bought the home in the upscale community of Olympia Fields 11 years ago. Kelly received a home loan in 1999, and the debt he has since accrued has exceeded the property's value. He has reportedly tried to renegotiate his payment terms. He has not lived in the home in over a year. The ABC show "The Bachelorette" continues, and its anyone's guest who will when Ashley's heart. It's been a drama filled season, as expected and the show should keep fans glued to their television sets. According to website TMZ, Nicki Minaj's boyfriend, the gentleman she got into an altercation with at a Dallas TX hotel, was beaten unconscious by a Young Money associate. The website does go on to say that the attack was not ordered by Minaj. Rapper T.I. will be released from prison soon, and should have new music in stores soon as well. Here's hoping that the rapper gets his life back on track when he's released. Fans of rapper Jay Electronica will be happy to know that the rapper will have his debut album in stores soon. The Rock Nation MC took to Twitter to let fans know that the album, titled "Act 2: The Patents Of Nobility (The Turn)", will be available soon. He created a buzz in 2009 with his single "Exhibit C", but was quiet in 2010. Jay Z announced his signing to his label at a secret show in New York late last year. The MC says Hova made him an offer he couldn't refuse. With his contribution to Beyonce's latest album ""4", "1+1", and his own label Red Zone Records, things are going quite well for producer Christopher "Tricky" Stewart. He's working with Odd Future member Frank Ocean and says working with him was refreshing. In a recent interview with XXL magazine teen sensation Justin Bieber defended rapper/producer Kanye West saying he's not the arrogant, narcissistic jerk some seem to think he is. The two met over social networking site Twitter when West joined the site and began following Bieber. After tweeting admiration for one anothers music, the two met in the recording studio. The two recorded a remix of Biebers hit "Runaway Love", along with Wu Tang Clan member Raekwon. The track sampled Wu Tangs classic "Aint Nothin Ta F--k Wit". Nicki Minaj took to her Twitter account to deny rumors regarding her recent altercation with a gentlemen at a Dallas TX hotel. She stated "anybody who thinks someone will hit me and not walk away with his d hanging, is crazy". The police report has been released. According to the report, Minaj was given a busted lip by the still unnamed gentleman. As the story goes, a argument started between Minaj and the gentleman at the hotel pool. They later returned to their suit, where the fight continued. The gentleman then proceeded to pack his belongings, putting his things in Minaj's suitcase. When she protested, he then threw the suitcase striking her in the chin and lower lip area. The gentleman left and never returned. Minaj was treated for bleeding on the inside of her lower lip area, but refused to press charges. Former 2 Live Crew frontman Luther "Luke" Campbell took Wiz Khalifa and others to task for dating other rappers former girlfriends. In a Miami New Times blog, the veteran Miami rapper chastised Wiz Khalifa, Souja Boy and others for dating the ex-girlfriends of other hip hop artists saying that rappers are not like basketball players who switch wives like passing mustard. The rap cardinal rule is you don't date another rappers girlfriend. Lil Wayne has just released a mixtape titled "Sorry For The Wait", which should keep fans happy until the release of his next album. "Tha Carter 4" will hit store shelves on August 29. Snoop Dogg has teamed up with CharityBuzz.com to raise funds for Urban Farming. The rapper will offer a fan a chance to join him for a studio session with a $50,000 package that will have the winner arrive in one of Snoops pimped out rides and listen in as he works on his next album. Proceeds from the auction will go to Urban Farming , which helps communities create gardens on unused spaces and grow organic food. Another 10 percent will go to the Snoop Youth Football League, a non-profit organization that gives inner city youth the chance to participate in sports and receive mentorship. The top twelve contestants performed on last nights episode of "So You Think You Can Dance", and struggle throughout the evening. Only two couples managed to take a spot in the top ten, and it remains to be seen how the rest of the season will pan out. The voting results will be revealed tonight. Another drama filled episode of "Big Brother" aired last night as well, with the usual conniving from contestants. It remains to be seen who will take home the grand prize. Beyonce's financial team has done a audit of the books to confirm if the allegation is true. Matthew Knowles, meanwhile, has asked a judge for permission to have a separate team search to determine where the allegation came from. It appears that the much rumored Destiny's Child reunion probably won't happen after all. Rapper Bow Wow mentioned to Russell Simmons that his previous suicidal thoughts were a result of hanging out and partying at an early age. He says once he became old enough to do so, it was as if he had nothing left. The recent birth of his daughter has changed his outlook. Fans will be seeing more of Rihanna. The singer has inked a deal with Armani to model its underwear and jeans line. There's been no word on when the ads will appear. Lil Wayne fans will be happy to know that the rapper has put the finishing touches on his next release, "Tha Carter 4", and the album will hit stores on August 29. The rapper recently complained about beats he was sent by producers saying that everyone needed to "step it up". It looks like everyone has taken heed and the album is in the can. Rapper Nicki Minaj cleared up the rumor that the leaked track "We Miss You" is a song dedicated to her murdered cousin. She said the song was done well over a year ago, and is an unauthorized leak. Pictures have surfaced of rapper Wiz Khalifa apparently purposing to girlfriend Amber Rose. There's been no announcement regarding a wedding between the two. Couple alert; Tyrese Gibson and Whitney Houston. The two reportedly met at a pre-Grammy party and have been quietly dating since. Jill Scott fans will be happy to know that the singer will be hitting the road on her Blockparty Tour. The tour states on July 26. Just when it looked like the beef between Beanie Sigel and Jay Z was over, it seems to be heating up again. Sigel says after he was released from prison in 2005, he received a lucrative offer from 50 Cent to sign with G-Unit. Sigel was still contractually signed with Def Jam, where Jay Z was president at the time. The two talked about the offer, to which Hova responded that he'd see what he could do. According to Sigel, that turned into another 2 years. Previously, Sigel recanted what some assumed was an apology for disparaging remarks made about Hova. He said he feels the way he feels and still feels that way. Hopefully, the feud will end soon. The album sold over 30 thousand copies in its first week of release. She is the third artist, and the second woman to achieve the feet. Both Brittany Spears and DMX landed at number one as well. A Atlanta club owner is out $10,000 dollars. It's due to arranging a welcome home party for rapper Gucci Mane, which was scheduled while the rapper was still serving time. The songs composer Jaques Urbont says the rapper didn't get clearance to use the song or properly credit him in liner notes. He's seeking millions in damage. There's been no word on a settlement. Sad news. Nicholas Telemaque, cousin of rapper Nicki Minaj, was murdered Sunday night. The young man was shot several times in the torso as he was leaving C PAC in East Flatbush Brooklyn. No other details are available, and authorities are still investigating. Minaj took to Twitter to mourn the lost. Several celebrities, including Jordin Sparks tweeted condolences to Minaj. Police are asking that if anyone has any information that will help in the case to please come forward. Rapper Eminem has added yet another honor to his awards list. He's become the first artist to sell over one million copies of a digital album. His "Recovery" album was the album that won the honor. Pictures of Drake and Rihanna are still circulating, causing some to speculate regarding the nature of their relationship. There's been no announcement regarding the matter. Karrine "Superhead" Steffans and Darius McCrary are still butting heads. It appears that although the relationship has ended, the two have had a war of words over the internet. Steffans reportedly wrote a letter to McCrary regarding a Twitter post about her. Only time will tell how long the back and forth war of words will continue. While looking past his recent label drama, rapper 50 Cent is hard at work on his fifth album. In a recent interview, the rapper stated that he already has 43 tracks in the can. While the album's final track list is still being settled, the New York MC promises collaborations with Just Blaze, Boi - 1da and Alex Da Kid. A Cardiak produced track "Outlaw" hit the web. The new album, formerly known as "Black Magic", will be 50's first since "Before I Self Destruct". He also promised a collaboration with his mentor Eminem. After serving time for shoving a female passenger from his vehicle, Gucci Mane will be released from prison later this week. Previous reports that he had been released over the weekend were proven false. He has been serving time in a Georgia prison since April. Here's hoping when he's released he gets his life back on track. It appears that the members of the Atlanta rap group Outkast have big plans for 2011. Both Big Boi and Andre 3000 are planning solo albums and also plan to have a group album in stores next year. The last release from the group was "Speaker Box: The Love Below". The film "Transformer: Dark of the Moon" topped the holiday weekend box office earning over $97 million dollars. "Cars 2", "Bad Teacher", "Larry Crowne", and "Monte Carlo" round out the top five films of the week.Comedian Kat Williams found himself in a strange situation recently. He was traveling on his tour bus when the bus hit a dog. The problem was, the dog was a police officer. The dog died of its injuries and the comedian gave the department a pooch he had purchased. Model Amber Rose is now claiming that she is losing modeling jobs due to the nude photos of her that hit the internet last week. The photos were sent to Nicki Minaj's boyfriend, whom she blames for sending the photos out. In the meantime, Minaj took to her Twitter account to take the high road on the matter. Eminem and Lil Wayne have added yet another milestone to their list of honors. They have entered the Guinness Book of World Records for the most Facebook fans. One post from Weezy received of 600,000 responses. Los Angeles seems to be the place to catch celebrities slipping these days. Music producer Mars was robbed at gun point near a music video shoot for the Game's new single "Pot O Gold" featuring Chris Brown on Tuesday. The producer was sitting in his car with another person when two male assailants approached, brandished weapons, and got away with $12,000 in cash and jewelry. Brown and Game were not involved in the robbery, which had no additional witnesses. Mars may have walked unaccompanied to his car parked a block away from the secured area of the video shoot. Fans of the hit show "The Voice" will be happy to know that the four judges will return to the show for another season. The show received high ratings with it's contestants competing for cash and a recording contract. As mentioned, Javier Colon was the winner and received $100,000 and a recording contract. The new season of "The Voice" will begin in 2012. As mentioned previously, Essence magazine heads to New Orleans with it's music festival each year. Beginning today and wrapping on Independence Day, performers will be in heavy rotation on five different stages. This years line up includes a mixture of the old and new school, as New Edition, Boys 2 Men and Mint Condition all reunite. If that isn't enough, Alexander O'Neal and Cherrelle will perform along with MC Lyte. Fantasia, Dwele and Charlie Wilson will also be on hand to keep the party going. Dancer Miranda Maleski was given the boot on last night's "So You Think You Can Dance", much to the dismay of the studio audience. The judges say the decision wasn't an easy one to make, considering the performances put on during the night. Tune in next week as the competition continues.
