Tuesday Tales
It looks like model Tyanna Taylor may need to attend an anger management class. She recently got into a brawl with stripper Scrawberry in a Miami club. It started when Scrawberry walked over to Taylor's table. Words were exhchanged, and the brawl ensued. After Scrawberry was removed from the club, the brawl continued when Tyanna Taylor left with Scrawberry's sister pulling Taylor's hair. So far, no comment from either lady on the matter. Beyonce is apparently ready to go back to work five months after giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy. She'll perform threee Memorial Day concerts in Atlantic City. Tickets go on sale April 6. Miami rapper Pit Bull now claims First Amendment Rights to free speech in the suit filed against him by actress Lindsey Lohan. Fans will recall the rapper recorded a track in which the actress's name was mentioned. She later filed a defamation of character suit against the star, although there's no word on a court date. Now, Pitbull's lawyers say the sustaining her allegations would lead to absurd results. Artists would no longer be able to freely express their thoughts in song. They also mentioned an Eminem track in which the actress was mentioned as well. Lohan's lawsuit claims the song infringes upon her publicity rights and was damaging to her standing as an actress of good repute. There's no word on a court date. Rapper Nicki Minaj has inked an endorsement Deal with softdrink giant Pepsi for a new line of soda. The ads will appear this summer. Meanwhile, mentor Lil Wayne has a deal of his own with Mountain Dew. The ad will be called Dew Weezy. Minaj, in the meantime, will hit the road for the European leg of her "Pink Friday" tour this spring. Diggy Simmons fans will be happy to know that the rapper's debut album hits stores today. No word on when or if a tour to promote the disk will happen anytime soon. Rap crew Odd Future has new music in stores this week as well. The new season of "Dancing With The Stars" got off to a great start with what the judges are calling the best premiere night in the show's history. Things can only get better as the season goes on. On DVD: "The Muppets", "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo", "Tinker Tailor Toy Solider" and "Battle Royale". On the tube: "Raising Hope" on Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Last Man Standing" on ABC and "The Biggest Loser" on NBC. Happy Tuesday!
