Wednesday Roundup

A picture of singer Chris Brown pleasuring a man is circulating the internet. However, the photo may be photoshop. So far, there has been no response from Brown or his representatives. In the meantime, Brown's ex, Rihanna, has lost an endorsement deal with Nivea. The company says it represents family values and integrity. The singer posted a picture of herself in the usual Rihanna pose and attire. No response from her or her representatives regarding the matter. Rapper Kanye West recently unveiled his ode to girlfriend Kim Kardashian, "Perfect Bitch" recently, and by all accounts, Kardashian seems pleased. West posted a tweet regarding the tune, but later deleted it. At any rate, best wishes to the happy couple. Actress Stacy Dash was rushed to the hospital and treated for dehydration. The former "Single Ladies" star is doing much better now. Actor Michael Clark Duncan is still in the hospital after suffering a heart attack. Get well soon. Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez is suing her former driver for $20 million. The gentleman reportedly wanted to take over security for Lopez, but was denied the gig. Rumor has it that the man was berated by Lopez's manager Benny Medina. So far, no comment from Lopez or anyone in her camp. Rapper Slim Thug has added author to his list of accomplishments. He's penned a new e-book, "How To Survive In A Recession". He offers primarily rappers tips on financial management. He says he wants to become the "Black man Suzie Orman", referring to the finance expert. He's catering to an audience typically impressed by the wasteful spending depicted in music videos. He points to his success as an independent artist as as blue print for today's artists. If successful, Slim could become hip hop's financial expert. In it's first week on the charts, Rick Ross's "God Forgives, But I Don't", landed at the #1 spot on Billboard, with it's first week sales 218,000 copies. The album, which features appearances from Jay Z, Dr Dre, Usher, Nas and others, makes the fourth time Ross has had a #1 debut and his highest first week sales to date. He posted a tweet thanking fans for their support. And it looks like he has a surprise in store for fans. Congratulations to the Bawse. On the tube: "So You Think You Can Dance" on Fox, "Big Brother" on CBS, "The Middle" on ABC and "Summer Olympics" on NBC. Happy hump day!
