Wednesday Roundup
It looks like Elmo is off the hook. After being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with an underage boy, the man who accused actor and voice of Elmo Kevin Klash of having an inappropriate relationship with him when he was underage has recanted his story. He now says the relationship began when he was of legal age. Kevin Klash says he doesn't intend to discuss the matter further. Yet another lawsuit in connection with the death of singer Michael Jackson has been filed. A suit has been filed against concert promoter AIG by workers on the tour claiming they are in some way responsible for Jackson's death since they hired the doctor who worked with Jackson without supervising him. They also haven't been paid for work done on tour because the tour never happened. No word on how much the workers are seeking in damages. Singer Rihanna will display at least some of her assets when she graces the cover of GQ magazine. The singer will appear on the cover nude with only a jacket covering her body. She discusses the brawl between her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown and Drake by saying she doesn't think the fight was over her, and there's no proof it was. In the meantime, with none of the involved parties sharing the details, the events surrounding the infamous brawl between Brown and Drake are still shrouded in mystery. During a recent interview with Power 106's Big Boy's Neighborhood in LA, Brown wouldn't reveal any details, but said he was only holding back due to legal proceedings. When asked if he and Drake exchanged blows, Brown stated they hadn't. Brown also denied the rumor that Jay Z, who mentors Rihanna, threatened to end his career when the two met in a green room. Brown says the two exchanged cordial greetings. He added that he went to see Hova's show at the Barclays Center. Congratulations to Tamara Mowry and her husband are in order. The two welcomed a baby boy a few days ago. Grammy award-winning singer Alicia Keys graces the cover of the latest issue of Complex magazine. The singer talks about becoming a new woman and being a fan of break-out star Frank Ocean. Key's new album, "Girl On Fire", hits stores on November 26. On the tube: "The X Factor" on Fox, "Survivor: Philippines" on CBS, "The Middle" on ABC and "Whitney" on NBC. Happy hump day!
