Model Kim Porter has been accused by a former nanny of using marijuana in front of her children. The nanny also says she witnessed Porter using a substance that resembles cocaine as well. The nanny claims that when she asked Porter about it, Porter replied that the substance was medicine. The nanny went on to add that when she complained about the drug use, she was fired. She's seeking an undisclosed amount in damages. Meanwhile, ex-boyfriend Sean "Diddy" Combs shot down rumors that he and model Kate Upton are now an item, despite the fact that the two have been seen together. He claims he doesn't know her. Singer Chris Brown's bodyguard is now suing rapper Drake over the brawl between the two stars' entourages last summer. Patrick Strickland says he was defending Brown at W.i.P. nightclub in Manhattan when someone sent over a note that read"I'm f****** the love of your life". A brawl ensued later where Strickland was hit over the head with a bottle. Doctors used 25 stitches to close the wound. He's also suing the nightclub. He's seeking unspecified damages. Rapper Gucci Mane has been indicted on one count of aggravated assault stemming from an incident that occurred at Harlem Nights, an Atlanta nightclub. The victim says that when he approached a security guard to ask to take a picture, the rapper hit him over the head with a bottle. After a warrant was issued for his arrest, the rapper turned himself into police. Once behind bars, a judge denied bond, which means he'll remain locked up until further notice. The trap star was accused of attacking another fan, but there's been no word on whether he'll press charges and no word from Gucci. It turns out that rapper Jay Z and wife Beyoncé did have the approval of the U.S. Treasurer to take their recent trip to Cuba. In the meantime, Hova has just released a track on his "Life + Times" site where he addresses the controversy regarding the matter. No word on whether the track will appear on an album. Meanwhile, former business partner Damon Dash is finally speaking out about the rumored riff between the two. Dash said that the two have always been cordial, even after Rock-A-Fella was sold to Island/Def Jam, but things changed when Jay Z became CEO of Def Jam.. Dash said things Hova did where damaging to the company. No response from Hov. On the tube: "American Idol" on Fox, "The Big Bang Theory" on CBS, "Wife Swap" on ABC and "Community" on NBC.
