Thursday Dish
Singer Kelly Rowland is now airing her dirty laundry. She's released a new single called "Dirty Laundry" where she talks about being in an abusive relationship and being jealous of former Destiny's Child band mate Beyoncé. While Rowland has sold a respectable amount of records, she's yet to reach the superstardom. "Dirty Laundry" will appear on her next studio album, "Talk A Good Game", which is set for release on next month. Meanwhile, Beyoncé is apologetic about missing a concert in Belgium. The missed show has fueled rumors that the singer is expecting a second child. Her representatives deny she's expecting. Rapper Lil Scrappy will appear in court today to answer to a marijuana charge. Some time back he was arrested of the charge, then arrested again when another warrant was issued. He hasn't commented on the matter. Actor Will Smith and his son Jaden appeared on "Ellen" to dispel rumors regarding Jaden wanted emancipation from his parents when he turns 16. it turns out it was just a joke that someone took too far. The season finale of Fox's "American Idol" airs tonight and sources behind the scenes say that none of the current judges will be returning. Representatives for rapper Nicki Minaj say she only intended to do the show for one season, as she wants to focus on her music. No word on who will replace the judges. Organizers of the Rock The Bells tour have a virtual resurrection to look toward. They've unveiled plans for hologram performances by late rappers Eazy E and Ole Dirt Bastard. Eazy will perform with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, while ODB will join his Wu Tang Clan brethren. Both ODB's mother Cherry Jones and Eazy's widow Tomica Wright approved the digital shows, which were inspired by the hologram of Tupac Shakur at last years Coachella Music Festival. Outside of ODB and Eazy E, the lineup will include Common, Kid Cudi, Rakim, Curren$y and LeCrae, among others. The Rock The Bell tour kicks off Sept. 7 at the San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino CA. On the tube: "American Idol" on Fox, "The Big Bang Theory" on CBS, "Wipeout" on ABC and "The Office" on NBC. Happy Thursday!
