Rapper Nicki Minaj has responded to producer DJ Khaled's marriage proposal. by saying he was joking and that the two are just close friends. Khaled went to MTV to asked for the rapper's hand in marriage, and even pulled out an engagement ring. Stay tuned as this saga continues. Fugees video director Aswad Ayinde will most likely spend quite a bit of time in jail. He's been hit with 27 charges after raping his daughters. Ayinde, who also goes by the name Charles McGill, fathered six children with his daughters over a twenty year period dating back to the 1980's. The 51-year-old former director has nine children with his ex-wife Beverly and at least three other children with two other women in Brooklyn as well. He's best known for directing the clip for the Fugees single "Killing Me Softly". Ayinde will face the first of five trials next month. He's been hit with 27 charges including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, lewdness, child endangerment, aggravated criminal sexual contact and criminal sexual contact. Ayinde kept his children quiet about the abuse by beating them with wooden boards or kicking them with steel-toed boots. No word on when the first trial will begin. Odd Future front man Tyler, the Creator, stated that he wanted to collaborate with rapper Kanye West on a track on his new album, and although West wanted to appear on the track, he wasn't right for the direction the track was going. Looks like business will go on as usual. Rapper Iggy Azalea will return to her homeland to open for singer Beyoncé for the Australian dates of the Mrs. Carter Show Tour. Making the announcement via Twitter, the rapper and Wilhelmina model added that she'll open for the New Zealand dates as well. Answering a few fan tweets, the rapper added that she'll have new staging and costumes designed by Pucci, but has no plans to perform any other shows than those that are a part of the Mrs. Carter Show. She was filled with emotion as she shared the news with fans. Her Island/Def Jam debut "The New Classic" is slated for a September release. The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour kicks off in Australia on October 17 at the Auckland Vector Arena. On DVD: "42".
