Tuesday Tales

Rapper Waka Flocka Flame now says that former mentor Gucci Mane does need  help. Gucci has had several run ins with the law, including an arrest in Atlanta a few days ago. Here's hoping he gets the treatment he needs. Rapper Up and coming Chicago rapper Chance graces the Oct/Nov issue of Complex magazine. The MC discusses how rapper Kanye West influenced his decision to not attend college and his strained relationship with his father. The two became closer after the death of Chance's friend in August 2011. His mixtape, "Acid Rap" reached No 63 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip Hop chart, although it was never up for sale. The project pushed 1,000 in one week and was available for purchase on iTunes and Amazon. Singer K. Michelle was a no show at Atlanta radio station V103 22nd Annual For Sisters Only concert over the weekend due to "technical difficulties" she says. The former "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star was on the bill with singer Tamar Braxton, with whom she's been feuding. K. Michelle took to her Twitter account to say that she was having technical difficulties with her band and that she and V103 are working on something special. She and Braxton had a falling out over wigs (Braxton accused her of jacking her look) and the two have been going at it ever since. Braxton won the record sales battle between the two by moving 114,000 copies of her album "Love & War", while K. Michelle only sold 72,000 of her new album. K Michelle did offer an olive branch by buying a copy of Braxton's album and encouraged fans to do the same. Unfortunately, the two singers have been going at one another on Twitter. The For Sisters Only show would have presented an opportunity for the ladies to settle their differences. Looks like we'll have to wait for that. Rapper and Young Money Entertainment president Mack Maine has been served two felony criminal charges, sexual battery and aggravated assault and battery for allegedly fondling a female fan and punching her friend in the face. The incident occurred during the America's Most Wanted tour. According to court documents, after the Oklahoma City show, Main invited Rachel Reed and Cailey Maddox onto Lil Wayne's tour bus and groped Reed's breast. She slapped his hand away and as she and Maddox attempted to leave, "he held the door shut." Once they broke out, Cailey was walking down the steps but turned and looked back to call for Rachel and Maine "punched her in the face, breaking her jaw and knocking her down. " Maddox's jaw was broken in two places and he's been given a six week liquid diet. No court date has been set for Maine. On the tube: "Dads" on Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Iron Man 2" on ABC and "The Million Second Quiz Live" on NBC. Happy  Tuesday!
