Wednesday Roundup

Representatives for singer Chris Brown announced that the singer has checked himself into rehab to "focus on his past and recent behavior". Brown was arrested for fighting outside the W Hotel in Washington D.C. He was released on bail shortly after. Brown was reportedly in the nation's capital to host a party at a local nightclub. Rapper Drake has announced that he'll head to Europe in February. Should be an exciting time for the Toronto MC. During an interview with Ryan Seacrest on 102.7 KIIS newly engaged rapper Kanye West said that fiancée Kim Kardashian is more influential than First Lady Michelle Obama. West added that Kardashian should appear on the cover of Vogue magazine and has Barbara Walters calling her daily. It's very likely that we'll get a sound bite of the President defending his first lady. President Obama has been critical of West in the past and more recently criticized the couple's lavish spending habits. West also told Seacrest that he was nervous about proposing to Kardashian. He added while he's confident in the work he's put in, the matter involved another person's feelings. At any rate, here's wishing the couple nothing but a lifetime of love and happiness. On the tube: "2013 World Series Live" on Fox, "Criminal Minds" on CBS, "The Middle" on ABC and "Revolution" on NBC. Happy hump day!
