Wednesday Roundup

After lambasting late night host Jimmy Kimmel for a skit of a recent interview, rapper Kanye West will make a guest appearance on the show. In September Kimmel aired a skit in which children were used to play West and a reporter, sparking one of West's Twitter rants. Although it remains to be seen whether of not the whole thing was a set up, the two will sit down for an interview which will air tonight. Singer Rihanna is reportedly planning to sell her Los Angeles home. The fact that the singer has had several trespassers on the property may be the reason for selling the home. She may purchase a new home in New York, although that hasn't been confirmed. BeyoncĂ© and Jay Z have topped Vanity Fair magazine's list of power elite. The couple was placed ahead of New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Walt Disney head Bob Iger and Rupert Murdock. J.J. Abrams, Steven Colbert and Jon Stewart also made the list. Talk show host Wendy Williams and blogger Perez Hilton are the latest to feel the wrath of singer Chris Brown. Hilton tweeted that he hoped Brown wouldn't be watching because he'd be talking about him during his appearance on Williams' show, sending Brown into a tailspin. Brown wrote, "Thanks for the publicity. Your insecurities are manifested by your hatred. Princess Perez and wicked witch Wendy." Brown was referring to the two discussing everything but his music. He warned the two to let it go. He wrote, "Flunkies! Who cares. It's old. Your old. I'm not going anywhere. Face it and live with yourself". "Can't take advice from 2 buff chicks when one can't stand to look at herself without plastic surgery and the other is forever on  his period". He gave up a minute later adding, "I'm going back to sleep". Lol". Neither Williams nor Hilton have commented. On the tube: "The X Factor" on Fox, "Survivor" on CBS, "The Middle" on ABC and "Revolution" on NBC. Happy hump day!
