Wednesday Roundup

Canadian make-up artist Samantha Ravndahl is suing rapper Lil Kim for stealing her photo and using it without her permission. Ravndahl posted a selfie online that depicted her as a rotting "Glam Zombie" complete with extravagant green and black make-up. Kim allegedly used the artwork for  her single. "Dead Gal Walking" and Ravndahl wants compensation. The artist says she was promised payment for using the image but has not settled the discrepancy because the rapper's camp works slowly. Ravndahl posted the image on Reddit.com as well as Instagram and her own website. Neither Lil Kim nor her representatives have responded to the allegations. Rapper J. Cole has announced plans for additional dates on his What Dreams May Come Tour which will occur after the new year. The dates will include shows in Vancouver, Washington D.C. and New York, among others. Cole's latest album, "Born Sinner" peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard charts in June and was certified gold in August. Singer Chris Brown is fighting  his way back to  piece of mind before the release of his next album. He has counter sued Deanna Gines, the woman who alleges that he shoved her in a California night club, causing her to tear a ligament in her right knee. Brown's counter suit claims that not only did he not lay hands on her, but she fell by herself. Gines was "heavily intoxicated and falling over herself throughout the night", the suit reads, adding that "witnesses saw her acting belligerent towards club staff screaming, "F*** ya'll", and throwing her clothing at security. Brown is also contesting another lawsuit against him in Washington D.C. He is currently in rehab for anger management. His latest album, "X" has been pushed back several times, and now has a release date of Dec. 3. On the tube: "The X Factor" on Fox, "Criminal Minds" on CBS, "The Middle" on ABC and "Revolution" on NBC. Happy Hump day!
