Singer/actress Beyonce Knowles will be honored by Billboard at the Billboard Women In Music Event to take place October 2 in New York City. The singer will recieve the Woman Of The Year Award for her success, leadership skills and creativity. Actor Steven Segeall has a new gig. The actor will reportedly host a new reality series for A&E called "Lawman". No word on a premeire date. Rapper Common will narrate all acts on rapper Drake's upcoming debut album. A listening party for the album was held in New York recently. Singer Chris Brown has reportedly taped a interview with talk show host Larry King to air sometime in September. It's his first since the Feburary incident with former girlfriend singer Rihanna. In theaters this weekend: "The Final Destination" and "Halloween 2".
