Thursday Dish
Rock legend Little Richard's "Tuitty Fruitty" along with late rapper Tupac Shakur's "Dear Mama" will both be archived in the Library of Congress. Shakur will be only the third hip hop artist behind Public Enemy and Grandmaster Flash to receive the honor. Congradulations to both artists. ABC has a new summer series airing, titled "Rookie Blue". While initial reviews of the series have not been glowing, check the show out and draw your own conclusion. The show premieres tonight on ABC at 9:00 P.M. If you're interested in adding a dose of silliness to your summer fun, check out ABC's "Wipeout". The show, for those who haven't had an opportunity to see it, showcases contestants who participate in various stunts. As "Twilight Saga: Eclipse" descends on theaters June 30, the stars talked the latest in the film franchise with Entertainment Weekly magazine and appear on it's cover. Be sure to pick it up at a newsstand near you. Tomorrow will mark the first anniversary of singer Michael Jackson's death and CBS's "The Early Show" has a tribute planned that will take place from London. One hour of the morning news show will be dedicated to one of the biggest pop icons the world over. Jermaine Jackson, the iconic figure's older brother, will conduct an interview with CNN's Larry King live from the star's grave site. On the tube: "Glee" on Fox, "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" on CBS, Wipeout" on ABC and "Community" on NBC. Happy Thursday!
