Tuesday Tales
The child custody battle between R&B singer Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster is getting nastier. Usher testified that when he dropped the couple's son off, Tameka spit on his new girlfriend and tried to swing at her as she sat in his car as well. He went on to add that Tameka then threw a plate of food at him when he got out of his car and tried to calm her down. Meanwhile, Tameka and her attorney are trying to portray Usher as a drug addict who doesn't care about being a father. Usher admits to smoking marijuana, but says he's never used drugs in front of his children. Stay tuned. This case gets stranger by the day, and only time will tell what will happen next. Singer Whitney Houston's family reportedly asked singer Ray J to change seats when the clan realized he was sitting next to Bobbi Kristina at the recent Billboard Music Awards. Ray J was surprised to learn that he was sitting behind the family, but refused to move. Eventually, the matter was settled before any drama occured. Meanwhile, TMZ has released video of Bobbi Kristina playing the slot machines at the MGM Grand Hotel. The problem with this is she's 19 and the legal age to play is 21. We'll have to wait and see what happens next. In the meantime, the single featuring Whitney Houston and Jordin Sparks, and featured in the remake of the 1976 film "Sparkle" has been released to tremendous response. The film "Sparkle" will be released in August. She faces a fine. If you thought Rihanna and Rita Ora were beefing, you're wrong. The two recently made clear there's no beef between them when they appeared together at a recent event. Rapper Young Buck has reportedly been evicted from his home, but not to worry. He's going to prison after peading guilty to possession of a firearm and amuniton. He'll serve eighteen months. Proceeds from the sale of his home will go toward paying his debt to the IRS. He reportedly owes $333,975.69 to the government. Here's hoping he gets his life back on track and back to making music. It appears that there's some friction betweeen Jay Z and Beyonce over Kim Kardashian. Hova is in the mist of planning a birthday party for the godmother of the couple's daughter Blue Ivey. Meanwhile, Kardasian has asked boyfriend Kanye West to escort her to the event. Beyonce allegedly doesn't want any part of Kardashian, as she's very guarded about her personal life. Hopefully, the two will be able to work something out. Singer Chris Brown has been found guilty of lip synicing. Both Joe Jonas and Pink went at the singer on Twitter. So far, no response from Brown. It's down to the final three couples on "Dancing With The Stars" and tonight viewers will learn who will compete in the finals. On DVD: "This Means War", "Red Tails", "Lethal Weapon: The Complete Series" and "The Secret World Of Arrietty". On the tube: "American Idol" on Fox, "NCIS: Los Angeles" on CBS, "Dancing With The Stars" on ABC and ""America's Got Talent" on NBC. Happy Tuesday!
