Just a month after tying the knot and four days after he was arrested for domestic abuse, Evelyn Lozada has filed for divorce from Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson. She released a stated saying she's sad that Johnson refuses to take responsibility for his actions. Johnson, meanwhile, took to Twitter to release a statement of his own saying he loves Evelyn and wishes her the best. Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian's divorce case heads to court today. Humphries reportedly signed an iron clad prenup, although he still refuses to settle. He also signed a $20 million dollar basketball contract. We'll wait and see what happens with the divorce settlement. Singer Bobby Brown is back in rehab. The singer says he wants to get the remainder of his life in order for his children's sake. Fans will recall he was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles a few months ago. Here's wishing him the best. Rapper Nicki Minaj took the stage with rapper Foxy Brown recently to make up the Hot 97 Summer Jam concert she missed. Minaj appeared to take a shot at Lil Kim when she stated that she thanks Brown for opening doors for her and other female rappers. We'll see where things go from here. In the meantime, Young Money CEO Lil Wayne will release his latest mixtape today. It may be the last music fans hear from the New Orleans rapper. He wants to focus on skateboarding. Could singer Janet Jackson be expecting a big pay day from brother Michael's estate? Reportedly, the executors of Michael Jackson's estate have filed documents requesting permission to pay the mortgage on Janet Jackson's Las Vegas home, since mom Katherine spends a great deal of time there. There's been no comment from Jackson or anyone in her camp. Rapper Rick Ross appears on the cover of the next issue of Rolling Stone magazine. The Bawse, like Janet Jackson before him, appears on the cover topless. He discusses his health issues, the second amendment and, for the first time, his stint as a corrections officer. The latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine hits newsstands on Friday. On the tube: "So You Think You Can Dance" on Fox, ""Big Brother" on CBS, "The Middle" on ABC and "America's Got Talent" on NBC.
