Sad news. The younger brother of Guy "Master Gee" O'Brien of the legendary hip hop group the Sugarhill Gang has died. No official cause of death has been given. He starred in the films "Berry Gordy's The Last Dragon" and "Breaking" to name a few. Rapper Nelly was detained at the Sierra Blanca Texas checkpoint after authorities found a bag containing marijuana, heroin and a loaded gun on his tour bus during a routine check. A passenger on the bus claimed the items and the rapper released a short time later. Snoop Dogg, Willie Nelson and several other artists have been arrested at the same checkpoint previously. Rapper 2 Chainz got a little heated at a recent concert. The rapper was performing and the crowd was quite a distance away when he asked everyone to move closer. Authorities, of course, stopped everything upsetting the Atlanta rapper to the point that he stopped the show. Too bad. G.O.O.D. Music artist Big Sean, who's preparing the release of his sophomore album, ""Hall Of Fame: Memoirs Of A Detroit Player", is excited about one of the album's tracks in particular. He collaborated with rap legend Nas on the song "Jesus Piece". During a recent interview, the MC explained that the two rap about Jesus pieces and their impact during a certain time in their lives. The album also includes appearances by Jhene Aiko and Kanye West. The album will hit stores in December. Gospel duo Mary Mary grace the cover of the latest issue of Upscale magazine. The duo discusses their relationship with Christ and one another, motherhood and marriage in the article. The latest issue of Upscale magazine is on newsstands now. In theaters this weekend: "Argo", "Here Comes The Boom", "Seven Psychopaths", "Sinister". On the tube: "The X Factor" on Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Shark Tank" on ABC and "The Voice" on NBC.
