Friday Facts

Singer Ashanti recently responded to rumors that rapper Nelly denied ever dating the former first lady of Murder Inc. She told website bet.com that she never said she was his girfriend and he never said she was his girlfriend. They have both always said they are just good friends. At any rate, whatever their relationship, let's hope it's an amicable one. Singer Toni Braxton has reportedly filed bankruptcy, once again. She now claims she owes over 5 million. Let's hope the singer can get her financial life back on track and get back to doing what she does best soon. Trey Songz and Drake recently took the stage at the Best Buy Theater in New York City to help launch Kodak's "So Kodak" campaign. The launch concert also featured Pit Bull and Rihanna. The two stated that they got involved in the launch because of technology the camera giant has introduced to the market and they wanted to be a part of it. NBC is currently monitoring the performance of the show "Outlaw" to determine whether to resume production. The show only averaged about 4.7 million viewers on Oct. 1, down from it's premiere week average of 4.98 million viewers. The show has been one of a few ratings disappointments for the fall televison season. The show stars Jimmy Smits as a judge who quits his job to become a lawyer.  Let's the show does better soon. As mentioned previously, "Grey's Anatomy" has kiced off it's season, and it's given fans plenty of reasons to tune in. Anxiety, an unwelcomed visitor and a brief fling are among the many plot twists the show has taken thus far. No doubt, there's more in store for fans. In theaters this weekend: "Life as We Know It", "My Soul to Take" and "Secretariat". On the tube: "House" on Fox, "Medium" on CBS, "Modern Family" on ABC and "Dateline NBC" on NBC. Make it a weekend!
