Tuesday Tales

According to mediatakeout.com, singer Fantasia Barrino is two months pregnant, but won't make an announcement until she's three months. The father of the child is allegedly Antoine Cook, the man whose wife sued the singer claiming she knew he was married when she began a relationship with him. Mediatakeout.com is also reporting that Miami rap star Trina is expecting a child as well. There's been no word on who the father of the child is, however. Karrine "Superhead" Steffans now says everything in her New York Time best seller "Confessions Of A Video Vixen" was fabricated. She says the vixen doesn't exist,  and she would have never given the book it's title. It sounds like Steffans is seeking publicity for her next book. Singer/actress Jennifer Hudson will pen a book on how she lost 80lbs. The book will be released this fall. If you've been looking forward to seeing the footage of singer/actress Jennifer Lopez and her first husband, you'll be disappointed. A judge has decided that the clip cannot be shown without Lopez' permission. It's unlikely that the star will give it.  Rapper Ja Rule won't deliver the going away present promised to fans when he begins serving a two year sentence on Wednesday. The album "Pain Is Love 2" has been delayed because the Murder Inc. star wasn't able to finish the album to his satisfaction by deadline. Fontana Distribution, the company set to release "Pain Is Love 2", needed the album completed 60 days in advance, but Ja wanted to keep working on making improvements. There's no word on when "Pain Is Love 2" will hit stores, but the rappers longtime producer Aurelius says he's willing to put it "on the fast track" to get it to fans as soon as possible. Meanwhile, Ja Rule stated in an interview that to keep busy while behind bars he will write a book, get his GED and possibly learn to play an instrument. He also stated he wanted to start a world tour, which would start the day he is released from prison. In December 2010, Ja Rule was sentenced to 2 years in prison after pleading guilty to gun possession charges. He was arrested in 2007 after a concert in New York. The 106 & Park Presents: Closer To My Dreams tour has announced that Diggy Simmons will join the list of hip hop and R & B  hopefuls to grace the stage for an all-out youth take over this summer. In addition, fans will be treated to performances by Tyga, Lil Twist, Mindless Behavior and newcomers Trevante and Jawan Harris. The tour kicks off at the House Of Blues in Los Angeles on July 7 and will hit 18 cities before closing in Atlanta on August 6. Only a month after losing member M-Bone to violence, the remaining three members of Cali Swag District are preparing to release their debut album. "The Kickback" will hit stores on July 12, and it's next single is slated to be "Burn Out (Drive Fast)". The album will be released on Sphinx Music Entertainment/319 Music Group. Another season of "The Bachelorette" as begun, and only time will tell who will steal bachelorette Ashely's heart. With more dates to come, there are many possibilities. On DVD: "True Grit" and "Just Go With It". On the tube: "MasterChef" on Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night" on ABC and "America's Got Talent" on NBC. Happy Tuesday!
