As most fans know, rapper Lil Wayne had yet another health scare and was taken to the hospital after having a seizure. During a recent interview with DJ Felli Fel of Power 106 in Los Angeles, the Young Money boss explained that he has epilepsy. He said he's had it for some time and has had seizures that the public doesn't know about. He added that the people around him know what to do in case of an emergency. The bad news is that his new album, "I am Not A Human Being 2" has been pushed back again. It's slated to sell only 200,000 copies upon its release. In the meantime, Weezy will be getting some rest before heading out on the "America's Most Wanted Tour" with Future and T.I in July. Hip hop newcomer Schoolboy Q, who made rap magazine XXL's cover recently, revealed in an interview that while he's working on his debut album, he's considering working with A$AP Rocky as well. He's had an independent release and his poised to become a mainstay in rap. He'll be performing at the Staples Center with Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Miguel on June 29. Singer Bobby Brown is suing publication the National Enquirer for $1 million. The magazine printed a story about Brown and ex-wife Whitney Houston re-marrying. Brown has made no comment on the matter. Matthew Knowles, father of singer Beyoncé, is demanding a retraction from British publication The Sun. Reportedly, while he was mislead into believing that the article would be about his career and what he's doing now, it contained quotes regarding a riff between he and his daughter and son-in-law.

Fans of rapper Gucci Mane better get the free Gucci Mane campaign started now. The rapper turned himself in to police in connection with an attack on a fan at a nightclub. The fan approached the Atlanta rapper for a handshake, and he was hit over the head with a bottle. Meanwhile, the Gucci Man/Waka Flocka Flame beef is real. During a recent concert, Waka spewed a profanity laced rant to a Gucci track. He added that while Gucci attacks fans who approach him, he greets fans as they approach. Chris Brown and Rihanna may reportedly be planning a summer party. They've invited family and friends, and the only question is whether or not it's an engagement party. There's been no comment from either party on the matter. Rumor has it that a paternity test may be done on the son of Kourtney Kardashian. A model claims he had a sexual encounter with the reality star during one of her breaks from long-time boyfriend Scott and that he's the father of her child. No comment from Kardashian. Hip hop publication XXL is preparing it's annual Freshmen of the Year issue and quite a few notables grace its pages. Schoolboy Q, Trinidad James, Joey Bada$$, Action Bronson and Chief Keef all appear in the issue. The magazine dedicates the issue to artists it believes will make significant strides in the industry. The issue will appear on newsstands soon. The new season of "American Idol" has one of a few hits and some misses with everything in between. Be sure to tune in as the competition continues. The new season of "Dancing With The Stars" as gotten underway and it remains to be seen who will win the disco ball trophy. The first elimination will be done next week. Tune in. It looks like "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" star Porsha Stewart won't be a housewife for long. Her husband and former Pittsburgh Steelers star Cordell Stewart has filed for divorce citing that the marriage is irretrievable broken. He added that he's not going to pay a settlement because Porsha is an able bodied person who can support herself. Porsha says she was blind sided by the news and heard about it through the media like everyone else. Best of luck to both. Authorities were called to the home of singer Whitney Houston's sister-in-law Pat Houston's home after she left a cryptic message on her Facebook page saying she was going to finally rest. When authorities arrived, they found her past out on her bed with a pill bottle beside her. She says she took some pain medicine for her back and neck and turned her phone off. She was taken to a hospital just as a precaution and later released. In the meantime, singer Dionne Warwick has filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. She owes the IRS over $10,000,000 in unpaid taxes and only earns 20,000 a month. No word on a settlement. Kanye West is surely not going to be happy with this news. After saying he wasn't with the suit and tie thing, singer Justin Timberlake's new album has sold over 968,000 in it's first week of release. Tickets for Justin Timberlake and Jay Z's upcoming concert have outsold tickets for the "Watch The Throne Tour" by a four to one margin. With the debate regarding same sex marriage heating up, singer Beyoncé has let it be known where she stands on the issue. The pop icon posted a hand written note to her Instagram saying "If you like it, you should be able to put a ring on it". The singer also penned a message to singer Frank Ocean calling him "Fearless, honest and brave" for penning an open letter revealing that his first love was a man. The Supreme Court of the United States is currently in deep debate regarding whether or not California's Proposition 8,defining marriage as "between a man and a woman" is unconstitutional. Rapper Lil Wayne was released from the hospital in time for the release of his latest album, "I'm Not A Human Being 2". Fans will be happy to know the rapper is doing much better now. There's no word on when or if he'll tour to support his album. Singer Rihanna kept fans waiting again. This time it wasn't her fault. Her buses were detained at the Canadian border again. This time, it wasn't because marijuana was found, it was because a stage that needed to be assembled. Actor Will Smith is presently promoting his latest film, "After Earth", but back tracked a bit to discuss the real reason he turned down the role in "Django Unchained". He stated that the story was brilliant, but wasn't for him. The role of a freed slaved turned bounty hunter went to actor Jamie Fox, who was nominated for an Academy Award for his performance. Without question, the last four years have been difficult ones for R&B star Chris Brown. However, the 23-year-old has pushed through all the drama and remained one of R&B's top performers. He's preparing the release of his next album, "X", which should be as successful as previous efforts. Let' s hope he can stay on track. It was a West Coast hip hop fans dream as legendary artists as well as newcomers gathered to perform at the first annual West Coast Festival. E40, DJ Quik, Mack 10, Warren G and many others were included in the line up. The stars talked about what the event meant to them. Mack 10 said although the west coast may not enjoy it's 90's success, it's still a dynasty. DJ Quik said the event showed unity among all who attended and everyone should embrace it. Jamie Adler made the event possible. Mediatakeout.com is at it again. This time the web site is reporting that singer Brandy uses laser hair treatments. The singer has a new album in stores and will appear in the upcoming Tyler Perry film "Temptation". She's made no comment on the matter. The film "The Croods" topped the weekend box office, earning over $44 million. "Olympus Has Fallen", "Oz: The Great And Powerful", "The Call" and "Admission" round out the top five films of the week. Rapper Gucci Mane is a wanted man. He's wanted by police after a soldier claims when he approached the Atlanta rapper in the VIP section of a night club to take a photo, he was hit in the head instead. Atlanta police have confirmed that they do have a warrant for the "Freaky Gurl" rapper for aggravated assault. Gucci Man hasn't commented on the incident nor has he turned himself in to authorities. It looks like rapper Too Short will only get a misdemeanor for his arrest recently. He was arrested and booked for DUI and drug possession and attempted to run from police. Although he was reportedly caught with a small amount of meth on him, that charge was dropped. Who knew that rapper Jay Z had an Instagram account. The account is linked to his Lifestyles web site. Recently a fan posted a comment regarding wife Beyoncé's new single, which Hova posted with the caption, "no shade just had to post". How's that for diplomacy? Singer Rihanna's stay away request has been granted. A court ordered that there must be at least 100 yards between the singer and a fan after the fan attempted to break into her Los Angeles home. The man actually broke into a neighbor's home and took a few items before being apprehended by a civilian. Once LAPD arrived, the man stated that Rihanna invited him and that he had poems. He did have poems on him. Rihanna was not at the neighbor's home or her home at the time of the incident. In the meantime, she kept students she wanted to honor for their charity work waiting for some time before finally making an appearance. When she arrived, she stated traffic was the issue. She even tweeted about it. Rapper Future may now be wishing that he'd kept his mouth shut. After arranging the pay the mother of his child $1,600 a month as a result of reporting that he earns $16,000, he was heard bragging about how he keeps at least $25,000 in his pocket. Singer Beyonce isn't losing any sleep over the criticism she's received for her latest single, "Bow Down". She's inked a deal as the face of H&S's spring campaign. She also inked a deal with soft drink giant Pepsi as well. We'll have to wait and see what else she adds to her resume. Twelve years after her death, a legal battle is now brewing over late R&B star Aaliyah's music. Reservoir Media Management is suing Craze Productions alleging that Craze has been selling music from the singer's albums "Aaliyah" and "One In A Million" on iTunes. Reservoir Media Management claims to have had the rights to the music since last year. Reservoir wants the sell of the music prohibited and compensation. The singer died on August 25, 2001 in a plane crash. Only 22 years old at the time of her death, Aaliyah's legacy lives on in R&B today. It was rumored that rapper/singer Drake would produce a posthumous Aaliyah album. He has two tattoos of the star in tribute to her. The city of Chicago continues to be rocked to it's core by gun violence. Gun shots rang out in a Gresham club at an album release party where rappers King Samson and Lil Mouse were performing. According to the Chicago Tribune, at least one gunman open fired following a fight that broke out as the party was winding down. Six shooting victims sought medical attention of their own accord. Chicago police said thousands were in the club as a chair was thrown. A security guard reported hearing gun shots, causing patrons to flee for the exits. Responding officers told the Tribune they heard several partron yell "they're shooting" and "I'm shot" before observing several people with wounds. The party was believed to be for the aforementioned artist. Lil Mouse is known for a YouTube video where he's seen holding a gun. The video has received nearly 3 million views. Congratulations to actor/comedian Cedric The Entertainer are in order. He will be taking over as host of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire". No word on when his first episode will air. Ray J should know better. The reality television star was involved in a fight at Club Nokia in Los Angeles after reportedly calling a woman a fat b****. As seen in the video posted by TMZ , the fight started after Ray J called a woman a fat b****. The woman went off on Ray J, questioning his manhood, among other things. From there an unidentified man joined the fracas and fist began to fly. Security did manage to separate the two, as Ray did get the best of his opponent. This occurred after a night of performances at the first annual West Coast Fest, which brought out Cali rap stars Too Short, E40 and Mack 10. Singer Rihanna's tour bus was pulled over in the Canadian border recently. When authorities brought out drug sniffing dogs, they discover a passenger had marijuana on them. The passenger was given a citation. Rihanna was not on board the bus at the time of the incident and has not commented. Singer Bobby Brown is back behind bars after being convicted of DUI. He will serve 55 days in jail and have to complete a alcohol class. Rapper Game is clearing up rumors of an affair with Khloe Kardashian after pictures of the two hugging surfaced. Game stated that Kardashian is part of his "60 Days of Fitness" club and a friend. Khloe's brother, Rob, is also part of the club. Game added that he wishes people wouldn't spread false rumors. Flesh-N-Bone of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony has teamed up with a medical marijuana team to manufacture his own brand of cannabis. No word on when it will be released. Actress Lindsey Lohan is back in the news. She's been ordered to serve a jail sentence for lying to police about her car accident in July. Lohan has had several run-ins with the law, and it's anyone's guest where things will go from here. Let's hope she gets back on track soon. It looks like singer Keyshia Cole is not the only one who isn't a fan of Beyoncé's latest single, "Bow Down". Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh blasted the singer for the track on his show by saying she's gotten married, married the rich guy and now understands that it's worth it to bow down. She's not the only member of the Carter family to suffer Limbaugh's wrath. Some time back husband Jay Z was criticized for a line directed at Limbaugh in the song "Off That". Neither Beyoncé nor her camp has responded to the criticism from Limbaugh or Keyshia Cole. The contestants have performed for votes and tonight viewers will learn who will be sent home. West Coast hip hop pioneer Too Short was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles recently. Police pulled the rapper over in the wee hours of the morning and noticed he seemed to be under the influence. When they attempted to administer a breathalyzer test, he fled on foot, tripping along the way. Police took him into custody shortly after. To make matters worse, he attempted to dump narcotics into a police cruiser after he was arrested. He has not commented on the incident. The first of four victims to come forward in the Kevin Klash case has filed a lawsuit claiming Klash used crystal meth and mollies before having sexual contact with him when he was sixteen-years-old. It looks like not everyone is thrilled with Beyoncé's new single, "Bow Down". Her camp has made it clear that they don't like the song, going so far as to say that it won't appear on her new album. We'll have to wait and see. Singer R. Kelly's home was sold at auction for $950,000 well below the asking price. The singer hadn't made payments in quite some time. However, according to his spokesperson, he's no low on funds despite owing the government $5 million in taxes. Justin Timberlake fans will be happy to know that during a recent interview the singer revealed that a sequel to his new album "20/20 Experience". He broke the news at a listening party for the album. The rumor actually began circulating after Quest Love of the Roots posted an announcement on Oakplayer message board. Timberlake spent the week taking a nightly residency with Quest Love on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" and the two appeared on stage together during Timberlake's headlining "My Space Secret Show" SXSW performance. Although the singer didn't confirm when the sequel will be released, it's sure to be as successful as the first. A Sony representative did, however, clear up the rumor that Timberlake will star as Daddy Warbucks in the Jay Z/Will Smith produced remake of "Annie" by saying the rumor isn't true. As reported previously, rapper Lil Wayne is out of the hospital and doing well after suffering a seizure. Young Money representative Mack Mane stated the rapper was home laying low until he makes a full recover. Although many rumors have circulated about Wayne's seizures and the cause, let's wish him a speedy recovery. Old school rapper Tone Loc was rushed to the hospital after suffering a seizure. He's reportedly in stable condition, although there's no word on when he'll return home. "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" star Portia Stewart will reportedly not return to the show when it's new season begins because husband and former NFL star Cordell won't allow it. There's been no comment from the couple, or producers regarding the matter. Some may wonder what's really going on with singer Keyshia Cole. First, she attacked former Destiny's Child member Michelle Williams, now she's going after Beyoncé. She's attacked Beyoncé for her latest single "Bow Down", saying first she wants to empower women, then she's telling them to bow down. So far, no comment from Beyoncé. Cole, in the meantime, will be a guest on tonight's "Jimmy Kimmel Live", singing "Trust & Believe" and "I Choose You". Singer Rihanna has announced a release date for her tour documentary, "Rihanna, 777" The film follows the star's tour as she covers seven shows, in seven cities, in seven days. The star invited 150 journalists and a handful of fans to join her on her voyage. The publicity stunt wasn't without controversy, however. Some complained about the conditions on the aircraft and lack of face-time with the singer. Despite the problems, they helped Rihanna earn a No. 1 for her album. No word on when the film will be released. Fans have been praying for an Outkast reunion for some time, which seemingly doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon. Rapper Killer Mike, who made a guest appearance on "Snappin & Trappin" from the group's multi-platinum album "Stankonia", stating jokingly during a recent interview that he'd give fans Andre 3000 personal number so they can call him. He added that fans shouldn't sleep on the music Big Boi has been making of late. He added that it may inspiration that Andre needs to get back on the stage again. We'll have to wait and see. The film "Oz: The Great And Powerful" topped the weekend box office, earning over $145 million. "The Call", "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone", "Jack The Giant Slayer" and "Identity Thief" round out the top five films of the week. Despite reports from celebrity website TMZ, rapper Lil Wayne is home resting comfortably after suffering a seizure during at a video shoot. TMZ has come under fire for reporting that the New Orleans native was in the hospital in a coma, on life support and that his mother had to be called to make life decisions. A publicist for Young Money Entertainment released a statement saying the reports were untrue and that the rapper was on the mend. In the meantime, Bryan "Birdman" Williams tweeted that Wayne would be home soon. Hopefully, the worst is over now. The manager of rapper Waka Flocka Flame is suing rapper French Montana for unpaid management fees claiming he booked shows without her consent. There's been no comment from the rapper regarding the suit. Singer Beyoncé has released yet another female empowerment anthem titled "Bow Down". The singer released the single via her web site and it's sure to be as big a hit as her previous ones. Rapper Bow Wow has been accused of posting video of a porn star dancing without her consent. No comments regarding the matter have been made and it will be interesting to see what comes of it. Questlove of the Roots is busy working on his memoir "Mo Meta Blues: The World According To Questlove" and fans may be able to catch snipets of it on Twitter. He told Billboard that he's the kind of guy who is always writing, so he could post some items on his page. In addition to a storied career as a member of the Roots, who have a job as the house band for Jimmy Fallon, Questlove has also produced for such artists as D'Angelo, Erykah Badu and Amy Winehouse; designed Dunks for Nike, a New York-friendly drum kit for Ludwig and reruited rapper Jay Z as producer of the Broadway hit "Fela!". "Mo Meta Blues" will hit stores on June 18. Rapper Jay Z put rumors that he's scoring the film "The Great Gatsby" by saying that he'll produce the film's soundtrack. Hova was introduced to the director by it's star Leonardo DiCaprio The film also stars Toby Mcquire. "The Great Gatsby" hits theaters in 2D and 3d on May 10. Rapper Lil Wayne had another health scare. He suffered back to back seizures during a video shoot. He was rushed to a hospital, where he was treated and released. The New Orleans native is doing much better. Singer Chris Brown is in hot water after allegedly smoking marijuana during a concert in Ghana. The leaders say they won't invite Brown back because he doesn't have good morals. Rumors are swirling regarding what may be going on with singer Justin Bieber. Some say he's in rehab, although it's unclear for what reason. He and rapper Lil Twist are BFF's and some time back it was stated that Twist s a negative influence on Bieber. At any rate, here's hoping Bieber gets the help he needs to stay on track. Rumor has it that rapper T.I and his wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle are over. The two have reportedly been having problems since moving to Los Angeles. Wishing both the best. Rapper Snoop Dogg, aka, Snoop Lion recently unveiled a softer side during an interview at Hollywood's Westlake Studios. He told reporters that he wants to help curb the recent rash of gun violence by being a better person and putting out music that reflects what people are going through as opposed to what they went through. He added that he thinks about what some may think when he enters a room. He's faced some criticism from Rastafarians who think that his recent transformation is a publicity stunt. They can what the transformation process when his new documentary, "Reincarnated" hits theaters. His new album of the same name will be available for download and purchase on April 23. Rapper Chief Keef has completed his sentence to juvenile detention after appearing in a video interview at a gun range. No word on when his album will be released. Rapper DJ Paul has been sentenced to 21 hours of community service after an arrest late last year. He was stopped after leaving a New York City restaurant with an open beer bottle in his hand. During the stop, he admitted that he also had a taser. Paul hasn't commented on the matter. It looks like NBA star Kris Humphries could be in for a big pay day after his divorce from ex Kim Kardashian. According to testimony, the reality series "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" is a sham, the wedding, which appeared in the show was a sham as well. No word on how much Humphries could get in the settlement. "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" star Kandi Burrus is suing cast mate Kim Zolciak over the song "Tardy For The Party" claiming she illegally, licensed the song. While it remains to be seen what will come of the matter, it has caused some to ask why it took Kandi so long to sue. No comment from either party on the matter. Rapper Big Sean recently took time off his European tour to hold a private listening party for his new album "Hall Of Fame: Memoirs Of A Detroit Player". A partial track listing was released, to which Sean tweeted "that track list floating around is not the full track list, believe that. Close, but not all the way". The album includes guest appearances by Common, Lil Wayne, Juicy J., Nas, and, of course, Kanye West. Live Nation got it wrong. Singer Rihanna will not take the stage in Baltimore tonight, as promised due to laryngitis. It's unclear whether the next show scheduled to take place in Philadelphia will go on. Fans looking who missed the first Jay Z/ Justin Timberlake show will be happy to know that the two have scheduled another date to take place at Yankee Stadium in June. Tickets go on sale on March 18. Rapper Wiz Khalifia announced that he's inked deal with Converses sneakers. The rapper can always be seen sporting the brand, so the pairing of he and the sneaker giant was inevitable. A lot of slapping occurred on the "Love & Hip Hop Reunion" show. Consequence reportedly slapped Joe Budden and the ruckus continued after that. Four years after singer Michael Jackson's death, the family is still settling the matter of how to care for his children. Nephew TJ Jackson will now receive a hefty $9,000 a month for the children. It looks like rapper Soulja Boy has signed with Young Money Entertainment. He Instagramed photos of Weezy skateboarding and of himself hanging out in Miami. No word on when an album will be released. The woman who claims R&B singer Ne-Yo fathered her child is now suing the star for defamation. She says he defamed her on VH1's "Behind The Music" by depicting her as a whore who's just after money. Ne-Yo hasn't commented on the matter. Rapper Lil Kim isn't done ranting about recent photos of herself. For those who don't know, the Brooklyn rapper went on the attack regarding recent photos of herself saying that the photos were photo shopped. Talk show host Wendy Williams went in on the star by showing old and recent photos of herself and saying that the photos were not photo shopped. Kim responded by posting an angry tweet "Stop hating on me just because you sucked B.I.G.'s d*** and he didn't want nothing to do with you after that". While there's been no word on whether she intends to sue and the photographers in question haven't commented, Kim has let it be known that she's had photos of herself photo shopped and she's not going to put up with it. Beyoncé, Jay Z and several other high-profile entertainers and political figures have reportedly become victims of a hacker. The social security numbers, addresses and credit card information of the victims have been posted online. While no other information is available, the FBI is investigating the matter. Singer Chris Brown is going into damage control after some reportedly flattering comments he made about girlfriend Rihanna during a freestyle. The first lady will be holding a celebrity-packed party for her birthday, and as she adores both stars, she's asked them to sing, an unnamed source told the UKs The Daily Mirror. Adele graciously accepted and will perform a selection of her hits for the First Lady and her friends. She's just come off a lengthy hiatus after giving birth to a baby boy. The film "Oz: The Great And Powerful" topped the weekend box office once again, earning over $80 million. "Jack The Giant Slayer", "Identity Thief", "Dead Man Down" and Snitch" round out the top five films of the week. Singer Rihanna had to cancel a concert in Boston due to laryngitis. According to Live Nation, tomorrow's concert in Baltimore will go on as planned. Could there be a Kanye West/Justin Timberlake beef brewing? Timberlake fired back at West reportedly during his appearance on "Saturday Night Live" after West stated during a concert that he wasn't with the suit and tie thing. Wonder when everyone will grow up. Rapper Lil Kim is reportedly suing saying photographers haven't had her looking her best in recent photos. In addition, she's suing her manager claiming she's been swindled out of thousands of dollars. No word on a court date. Singer Frank Ocean has officially hit the big time. He's being sued by a gentleman claiming he helped Ocean write a song on his album. No word on a court date and Ocean hasn't commented. Rapper 40 Glock may get compensated by rapper The Game for the beating he took some back. Game made the foolish mistake of video taping the whole incident. Actor/comedian Kevin Hart will return to cast of "Hollywood Husbands". Singer/actor Ray J. has a new gig. He'll reportedly host a new reality show. No word on when the show will premiere. Teen sensation Justin Bieber apparently hasn't learned a lesson about loaning friends his cars. BFF Lil Twist smashed Bieber's Fisker Karma into tow cement poles guarding a San Fernando Valley liquor store. The front end of the car and the poles were badly damaged. Minutes later, Twist and friends retrieved scraps of the car before hopping into a waiting BMW leaving Bieber's ride behind. Some time back Twist was involved in another accident at the Four Seasons Hotel while trying to avoid the paparazzi. A photographer was killed in the accident. Meanwhile, the chaos continued for Bieber on the other side of the pond. Bieber had to given oxygen after nearly fainting on stage at a concert in London. He was later taken to a hospital as a precaution. Later, he exchanged words with a photographer who claimed he assaulted him as he was leaving his hotel with his entourage. The incident was caught on tape. Bieber took to Twitter regarding the matter writing that he'd had a rough morning and that he'd let the paparazzi get the best of him. Actor Terrence Howard stated during an interview to promote his new film "Dead Man Down" that Blacks need to stop criticizing him for his choice to marry an Asian woman. It seems that everyone in entertainment is becoming ill. Singer Justin Bieber fainted during a concert in London recently. The singer was rushed backstage and given oxygen. His manager took the stage to explain the incident to the crowd. Like a trooper, Bieber went on with the rest of the show. Kelly Osborne suffered a seizure in front of the studio audience while taping her new show. Osborne is doing much better now. Reality star Kim Kardashian has been ordered by doctors to take it easy for a while. They say she's trying to do too much while pregnant. Rumors have been circulating that Jimmy Fallon will replace Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show", although nothings been confirmed as yet. Another rumor has it that Howard Stern will be the replacement. We'll have to wait and see. Joy Behar will be leaving ABC's "The View" when her contract expires. She reportedly has stated that she has other interests she'd like to pursue. No word on a replacement. MTV has completed it's "Hottest MCs In The Game" list and Kendrick Lamar came in at No 1. Congratulations. In addition to preparing his next album "Reincarnation", rapper Snoop Dogg has entered the world of video games. He's set to release "Way Of The Dog", a video game in which players square off against one another to the rappers hits. Those who own a Play Station or Xbox should prepare to become addicted to "Way Of The Dog". Another week of competition has ended on "American Idol" and there are a few standouts, along with some misses. It'll be interesting to see how the season progress from this point. It looks like rapper Beanie Seal will be spending more time in prison than originally thought. The Philadelphia MC is currently serving time for income tax evasion, and now it appears he'll get some time added to his sentence for drug possession as well. No word when he'll be released. Fans who follow singer Rihanna should be pleased with the singer's posts. Her latest is a picture of her in nothing but a pair of boots. It looks like Blue Ivey Carter will have a playmate soon. Former Destiny's Child member Latavia Roberson released a statement that she's expecting a baby. The father is a well known Atlanta producer. She dated Jagged Edge member Brandon Casey, but the two split several years ago. She also revealed that she's inked a deal with reality television producer Carlos King to work on a show about her past, her pregnancy and more. The producer said in a statement that he's excited to be working with her, that she's endured more than the public realizes and when they hear it, they'll be in awe. The press release stated that the show will deal with the ups and downs of her relationship with her child's father, molestation, alcoholism and jail time. Roberson also plans to release a tell-all memoir later this year and return to the studio to work on solo material as well. It doesn't pay to be a pirate. Sony Music is looking to make an example of a Swedish man who leaked singer Beyoncé's 2011 "4" before it's release date by suing him for $233,000. The Gothenburg resident, who is a member of the music industry, according to TorrentFreak.com, posted the album in it's entirely on popular torrent site the Pirate Bay. The label says it not only lost sales, but it's relationship with the star imperiled by the leak and it's marketing efforts and Beyoncé's reputation also took a hit. Despite the piracy, "4" went on to sell over 310,000 copies in it's first week of release and topped the Billboard Hot 200 Album chart. Iyanla Vanzant returns to television on Saturday with "Iyanla: Fix My Life". Saturday's guest will be rapper DMX. It should be an interesting show. Up and coming rapper Azealia Banks has gone on yet another Twitter rant. This time, the targets were not only producers Diplo and Baauer and an unnamed female rapper. Banks wrote how female rappers want to start drama with her. She even went on to coin a new name for herself. Complex magazine is speculating that the anonymous rapper in question could be UK rapper Shystie, whose video for "Control It", featuring Banks, was released on Sunday, but quickly taken down the following day. Banks later tweeted that she didn't like the video. Then there are Banks other favorite punching bags, Angel Haze and Iggy Azalea. At any rate, she's got the media writing and talking about her again, this is despite the fact that her debut album still doesn't have a release date. Rapper Kanye West let his feelings regarding being ranked #7 on MTV's "Hottest MC's In The Game" be known during a recent interview with DJ Enuff. Ye went on to say that he believed that his ranking had something to do with the network not liking the "Cruel Summer" project. West was ranked below protege Big Sean. While he's happy for Sean, he still believes that Sean should be in the top five. He went on to make his case further by mentioning music he's recorded. He added that he thinks rapper Lil Wayne is the number one rapper in the world. Weezy sent out a tweet showing his appreciation for being thought of in such high regard. The MTV Hottest MC's debate continues with four spots remaining. Meek Mill (#10), Future (#9), A$AP Rocky (#8), Ye, Sean, and Drake (#5) will know soon enough who will join them on the list. Music mogul Clive Davis is one person who believes singer Frank Ocean coming out was a good thing. He added that the response from the hip hop community was even better. Ocean is part of the Odd Future crew. Davis added that although some have become more tolerant of bisexuality and homosexuality, entertainers still take a huge risk coming out. Let's hope the tolerance level is raised.

Singer Latoya Jackson has dispelled rumors that she's taken over the careers of brother Michael's children. The New York post published a story indicating that she not only took charge of the children's careers, but was also shopping an idea for a reality series for them as well. Not true at all she stated. Nephew Prince Michael has become a correspondent for "Entertainment Tonight". The FBI has released files indicating that singer Whitney Houston was the target of extortion in the nineties. Houston befriended a woman with whom she shared personal information and was later blackmailed. Father John paid the extortionist off. It looks like the Keyshia Cole/Michelle Williams Twitter feud has taken an interesting turn. A month after the group's performance at the Super Bowl in New Orleans, Kelly Rowland stood up for her band mate during an interview with RollingStone.com by saying the group had a wonderful performance they were together and that's all that mattered to her. She added that Cole's comments weren't on her radar until others mentioned them. Rowland added that she doesn't care about what Cole said. Williams, on the other hand, has decided to ignore Cole's comments. Rapper T.I graces the cover of the latest issue of The Source. The film "Jack The Giant Slayer" topped the weekend box office, earning over $28 million. "Identify Thief", "21 And Over", "The Last Exorcism Pt 2" and "Snitch" round out the top five films of the week. Sad news out of the world of R&B. Bobby Rogers, founding member of the Motown group the Miracles has died after a brief illness. He was 73. He formed the group in Detroit with Smokey Robinson, cousin Claudette Robinson, Pete Moore and Ronnie White. The group signed with Motown and went on to have such hits as "Shop Around", "The Tracks Of My Tears" and "I Second That Emotion". The group was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, but Rogers was too ill to attend the ceremony. No funeral details have been revealed. No Limit Records is mourning the last of a colleague. No Limit artist Mr. Magic was killed in a car accident along with his wife Chastity. The only survivor was the couples 12-year-old daughter. No funeral arrangements have been announced. Just when it looked like a G-Unit reunion wouldn't happen, rapper 50 stated that there is a reunion in the works for the near future. It will include all former members of the rap collective. Singer Rihanna appears on the cover of the next issue of Elle. She, of course, discussed her relationship with Chris Brown and what's next for her. R&B singer Ne-Yo revealed that he was once married. He was married at age 19, but the relationship didn't work because he wanted to pursue his music career and his wife didn't want him to. He'll appear on Tim McGraw's country music special. Just when other home owners are facing foreclosure, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West make a profit on theirs. The two purchased a home for $1 million and have been offered $10.2 million for the property. No word on when or if they'll sell. Rapper Snoop Dogg, aka Snoop Lion, revealed that his next album will include collaborations with Drake, and others. No word on when the album will be released. As mentioned previously, actor/comedian Kevin Hart will co-host tomorrow's episode of "Saturday Night Live" and it's certain that he'll keep the audience in stitches. Hart also appears on the hit show "Hollywood Husbands". Things took a turn for the deadlier while rapper French Montana was in Philadelphia promoting his oft-delayed debut album "Excuse My French". As he pulled up to the hotel where he was a guest along with a convoy of fans in tow, shots rang out killing a 27-year-old man, according to TMZ. Police investigating the incident found shell casings, but don't believe the Bronx rapper was the target of a drive-by shooting. They believe the shooting may have been a dispute between rival gangs. Still, Montana along with the 20 other occupants on the bus were questioned by police. Seemingly annoyed at the interaction with authorities, the rapper took to Twitter to post a picture of a man being questioned by police with a caption that read "nobody got time for this s***". Meanwhile, the rapper's debut album is due in May. Another week of competition has ended on "American Idol", and it remains to be seen what's in store for the weeks to come.
