Tuesday Tales

Singer/songwriter Alicia Keys will mentor the top seven contestants on tonight's "American Idol".  The group will perform inspirational music for viewer votes tonight and it's anyone's guest who will hit the right notes.  Tbe competition is heating up on "Dancing With The Stars".  The contestants danced to movie themes last night and the judges will determine who should be sent packing.  The trailor for the new "Nightmare On Elm Street" film is being shown everywhere and we'll wait and see how well it does at the box office. A new actor has replaced Robert England, the actor who created the Freddie Kruger character. Rapper Nas was recently cleared of contempt of court charges. The attorney for ex-wife Kelis filed contempt charges against the Queensbridge artist in February after he fell behind 200.000 in child support payments.A LA judge dropped the charges after the rapper forked over 50,000 in back payments.   The star said in a statement "All I want to do is make music and raise my kids. That's all that's matters".  On dvd this week: "Avatar" and "The Lovely Bones. On the tube: "American Idol" on Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Dancing With The Stars" on ABC and "The Biggest Loser: Couples" on NBC. Happy Tuesday!
