Grammy Award winning singer Mary J. Blige along with production team The Clutch are being sued by Kim Jones and Jay Ballard over the track "Take Me As Iam". The pair have named Blige and The Clutch in the lawsuit, claiming they stole the duo's song of the same name which was released in 1995. Blige used it on her 2005 cd, "The Breadthrough". According to court documents, which were filed in United States District Court in the Central District of California, the duo is seeking royalties for singles and albums sold in all formats. They're also seeking accounting of publishing income from the songs usage in several advertisments. Reps for Mary J. Blige and The Clutch have not responded to the lawsuit. Rapper Rocka Flocka's entourage are being investigated by Ohio police detectives after an unidentified woman filed a complaint stated that she was sexually assaulted on Waka's tour bus. Monday morning (July 12) authorities received the complaint after Waka's performance at Cleveland hip hop radio station WENZ HOT 107.9's Summer Jam. Police received a call around 3:00 am after the woman got off the tour bus on Ohio's Interstate 77. Lt Rick Edwards told the Cleveland Plain Dealer, "We have an upset woman, but nothing's been determined yet". Waka's legal representatives have yet to comment on the matter. Actor Leonardo DiCaprio walked the red carpet for the Los Angeles premiere of his latest film "Inception". The film is a sure winner that should not be missed.
