Thursday Dish

It looks like the Chris Brown and Rihanna may have rekindled their romance. The two were seen hugging in the VIP section of a New York hot spot, and pictures of the two together have surfaced on the internet as well. The two were also reportedly seen leaving the same hotel. Adding to the rumor mill is a series of tweets between Brown and his current/former girlfriend.  So far, no comment from either party or their representatives. It appears everyone has an opinion regarding the Mariah Carey/Nicki Minaj feud. Carey's husband, Nick Cannon, weighed in on the subject by saying during an interview that he's disappointed with Fox because they've gotten away from the quality of "American Idol". He went on further by saying he believes the tape of the two arguing was leaked. Meanwhile, Ryan Seacrest says things did get heated, intense and got out of hand, but that's because Minaj knows what's hot at the moment, while Carey brings her iconic perspective to the table. Let's wait and see what happens during the upcoming season. Rapper Lil Scrappy is a free man after being arrested for probation violation. He's now been assigned to a new program where he'll have to check in with a probation officer. It appears that Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry are developing a close business relationship. The two have inked a deal where Perry will write and produce programing for Winfrey's OWN network. No word on when the first program will air. John Legend fans looking forward to his new album and tour will have to wait a little longer. In a recent post to his website, the G.O.O.D. Music star announced that his fourth studio album, "Love In The Future" has been pushed back to 2013. A tour in support of the album has been pushed back to next year as well. Legend stated the project has taken longer than anticipated. Fans will have to console themselves with "Cruel Summer" in the meantime. On the tube: "The X Factor" on Fox, "The Big Bang Theory" on CBS, "Last Resort" on ABC and "30 Rock" on NBC. Happy Thursday!
