Monday Memo
The action film "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" topped the weekend box office, earning over $41 million dollars. "The Croods" "Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor", "Olympus Has Fallen" and "Oz: The Great and Powerful" round out the top five films of the week. It looks like the beef between Drake and Chris Brown is real Brown performed a verse taking shots at Drake on the remix of Young Jeezy's single. In the meantime, he says the feud between he and singer Frank Ocean is over. He's ready to move on. Things are heating up on the set of "Real Housewives of Atlanta". It looks like Porsha Stewart and her husband my reconcile and Kenya is being pursued. We'll have to wait until next season to see what transpires. Insurance giant American Family Insurance is suing rapper/producer Timbaland for fraud. The agency that Timbaland says refused to cover a stolen watch some time ago says he lied about the cost of the watch and his wife and maid gave conflicting stories regarding what happen to the watch. Timbaland initially reported the watch stolen before claim his daughter misplaced it. No comment from the star. Rapper and "American Idol" judge Nicki Minaj went in on a contestant who was voted off the show by say she was not involved in the matter and that he was voted off by the viewers. Monica and Miguel are set to make beautiful music together. Monica Instagramed photos of the two in the studio together. On the tube: "Bones" on Fox, "How I Met Your Mother" on CBS, "Dancing With The Stars Live" on ABC and "The Voice" on NBC. Happy Monday!
