Wednesday Roundup
It was Elvis Pressley night on "American Idol" last night and last season's runner up Adam Lambert mentored the contestants. The best performances of the evening were from Michael Lynch and Tim Urban. We'll see who goes home on tonight's results show. Several shows are up for renewal and they are pulling out all the stops for the nod from the networks. It will be interesting to see which shows return and which ones don't. Stay tuned. Singer Olivia, former first lady of G Unit, is caught in the middle of a controversy involving her and rapper Drake. It all began when a single called "Control" reportedly featuring her and the Toranto MC was leaked to the internet. Her manager quickly contacted bet.com to set the record straight. He stated that she has not worked with Drake and the track must have been leaked somehow. Drake also released a statement saying that he did not want any fan to be duped into thinking it was a collobration of his. Rapper Nicki Minja has reportedly hired Sean "Diddy" Combs as her manager after firing her previous manager. Still no word on when her album will be released. Be sure to check out the comedy "Dealth At A Funeral" starring Tracy Morgan, Chris Rock, Martin Lawrence and others when it's released. It appears to be a hilarious laugh filled film fans will enjoy. On the tube: "Human Target" on Fox, "The New Adventures Of Old Christine" on CBS, "Modern Family" on ABC and "Minute To Win It" on NBC. Happy hump day!
