Rapper Wiz Khalifa doesn't seem to be a bit fazed by the rumor that current girlfriend Amber Rose has sent nude photos of herself to Nicki Minaj's boyfriend, nor that she may have leaked the photos herself. He's been quoted as saying "Everyday I wake up to the most beautiful wife, and the most beautiful life". Meanwhile, Amber says she allowed an employee to use her computer and that's how the photos got out. She says she never would have leaked them herself. Legendary singer Patti LaBelle has suddenly found herself tangled in a lawsuit. A gentleman who claims he was roughed up by the singer's bodyguards has filed suit. Meanwhile, in her counter suit, Ms LaBelle says the man cursed and shouted racial slurs at her and tried to attack one of her bodyguards. There's been no word on a trial date, however. Rapper Rick Ross has been sued as well after his pit bulls escaped his Atlanta home and attacked a Yorkshire terrier. There's been no word on a trial date, or damages sought. Congratulations to singer Jill Scott are in order. Her latest release ,"The Light Of The Sun", is number one on the charts. There's so word on when or if the singer will tour in support of the album, however. While in the UK supporting wife Beyonce during her performance at the Glastonbury Music Festival, rapper Jay Z took time out to talk with British singer Adele about a possible collaboration between the two. The two had lunch, according to London newspaper The Sun, and Adele reportedly charmed Hova during their meal. Although there's no word on when a possible single will be released, Mrs Jay Z is a fan as well saying listening to Adele is "like listening to God". Hopefully, the two will have something in the can soon. Adele will resume her US tour in August. You can add DJ to singer Erykah Badu's list of skills. The singer will go by the name of DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown for an upcoming mixtape that she categorizes as in the dance realm. Back in December Badu came from behind her microphone to introduce her alter ego at a party in her hometown of Dallas. Now, she's ready to take her DJing to the next level with a new mixtape. She promises the tape will "melt any DJ's face off". This past Friday, the singer stepped into her DJ persona at the Key Club in Los Angeles , where she deejayed for the "Black Girls Rock and Soul Tour" at a BET pre-Awards dinner. Singer Javier Colon was crowned the winner of the NBC talent competition "The Voice" last night. He will receive $1000 and a recording contract. Congratulations to Mr Colon. The 17th Annual Essence Music Festival will kick off this Friday with an all star line up slated to perform at the annual event. Headliners for this years event will be Kanye West, Mary J. Blige, Jill Scott and Trey Songz. Joining those acts at the three day event will be Charlie Wilson, Boys 2 Men, Fantasia, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Macy Gray, Dwele, Mint Condition, Mc Lyte and more. Last year, Janet Jackson played a sold out concert at the Louisiana Superdome. Tickets for the Essence Music Festival are on sale at the official website. Capitalizing on the buzz generated from her performance at the 2011 BET Awards, Kelly Rowland decided to reveal the cover art work for her upcoming album "Here I AM", according to Rap Up. Since the lead single from the album "Motivation" has been climbing the charts, the singer has been racing to keep up the pace of her project, bumping up her release date and juggling her promotion schedule with her role as a judge on the UK's "X Factor". The singer collaborated with producers/songwriters Rico Love, Tricky Stewart, Dr Luke, Stargate, Salaam Remi, RedOne, Ester Dean and others to complete the project. "Here I AM" hits store shelves on July 26. It looks like rapper Young Jeezy has an aversion to the tropics. He was hit with a lawsuit on Friday for failing to show up for a concert in the Virgin Islands. According to the suit, Paid 4 Entertainment arranged to have the rapper perform at Summer Splash 2001 back in March, but less than two weeks before the event was to take place on June 18, Jeezy and his people backed out due to a conflict. Paid 4 Entertainment says they renegotiated to have Jeezy perform the following day, even supplying a private jet in order to make the trip, but he never showed up for the flight, according to TMZ. The company is seeking $75,000 in damages for fraud and other charges. Rapper/producer Kanye West has signed his G.O.O.D. Music imprint to a "long-term world wide label agreement" with Def Jam Records, according to the Los Angeles Times. The Def Jam and G.O.O.D. Music partnership will include Big Sean, Pusha T., and any new G.O.O.D. Music signing. Big Sean's debut album 'Finally Famous" will be the two company's first joint release. The final four will square off on NBC's "The Voice" tonight, and it's anyones guest who will walk away with the grand prize. "So You Think You Can Dance" will air tonight also. Rumor has it that singer Chris Brown and his entourage threaten a BET executive into giving him the People's Choice Award intended for Rihanna during an awkward moment at last Sunday's BET Awards. There's been no comment from the BET staff on the matter. In other BET news, social activist Ryan Adkins has blasted the cable network stating that it is more dangerous to African Americans that the KKK. He went on to say that the network rewards hip hop artists who promote violence, drugs and irresponsible sexual behavior. There's been no response from the cable network regarding the allegations. Just when doctors suggested that singer Sean Kingston would be hospitalized for six weeks after his jet skiing accident, the singer has been discharged and is recuperating at home. The singer was treated for a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lungs. He took to his Twitter account to thank all his fans for their prayers and well wishes. Another rumor that hasn't died yet is the one claiming that the former members of Destiny's Child will reunite. As most fans know, Kelly Rowland is climbing the charts with her latest single "Motivation" and Beyonce's new album "4" hit stores today. As mentioned, executives at Beyonce's record label, Columbia, weren't too pleased with the album and asked that changes be made, to which she said no. Rumor has that the girls will begin recording in October for an album that may be called "Family Reunion". Some sources say the rumor is untrue. Only time will tell. Fans will have to wait and see. After battling a bad bout of laryngitis, British sensation Adele will resume her summer tour from August to October. The tour will include stops in Las Vegas, NV, Atlantic City, NJ, Durham, NC, Orlando, FL, Miami, FL and Spring TX, according to a statement released by the singer's record label. With new music from Jill Scott and Adele back on the concert circuit, the summer is certainly going to heat up. Jim Jones fans will be happy to know that the Dip Set general has released a new single called "So Cold". He released the single via New York's Hot 97 radio station. It's unclear whether the song will be released on an album or mixtape. NBC's "The Voice" wrapped up another week of competition, and only time will tell who will walk away with the grand prize. "The Bachelorette" wrapped up another episode this week as well. Tune in to learn which suitor wins Ashley's heart. The film "Cars 2" topped the weekend box office earning over $60 million dollars. "Bad Teacher", "Green Lantern", "Super 8" and "Mr Popper's Penguins" all round out the top five films of the week. The BET Awards aired last night, and the kids were great with Jaden and Willow Smith taking home the Young Stars Award, much to the delight of parents Will and Jada Pinkett Smith. Chris Brown was the night's top winner, taking home Best R&B Male Artist, while Patti LaBelle took home the Lifetime Achievement Award. Beyonce told the crowd "when anyone ask me who I want to be like, I always say Patti LaBelle". All in all, the show was another exciting affair put together by the cable network that fans won't forget. Jermaine Jackson, older brother of the late Michael Jackson, paid tribute to his legendary sibling by honoring him at the 12th International Indian Film Academy Festivals. Jackson appeared on stage in a Michael Jackson inspired outfit complete with a red military-style jacket, V-neck white shirt, fitted black slacks and a black cummerbund with an emblazoned number "5" (representing the Jackson 5). Jackson performed a medley of his brother's hits including "Scream", "Wanna Be Starting Something" and "Can You Feel It". Saturday was the second anniversary of Jackson's death. Hip Hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs and gospel duo Mary Mary were among those honored at this year's ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards. On Friday in Beverly Hills CA, the performing rights organization honored songwriters and publishers of the most performed ASCAP songs in R&B/Hip Hop, Rap and Gospel charts. Before expecting their accolades, Mary Mary treated the audience to a rendition of their hit "Yesterday". Fantasia's "Bittersweet", Trey Songz's "Bottoms Up', and Drake's "Fancy" all received honors for writing and publishing as well as Young Jeezy's "Lose My Mind". The Chris Brown/Odd Future feud continues with new members joining the fray. Reportedly some cousins of Chris Brown's spotted Odd Future cruising the streets of Los Angeles and decided to approach them and fire insults. Hopefully, cooler heads will prevail soon. The National Enquirerer is reporting that a staff member at "The Oprah Winfrey Show" stated that the talk show queen managed to get a murder confession from embattled O.J. Simpson. Of course, a former staff member refutes the claim saying it just is not true. Missy Elliott has been off the music radar for some time. The rapper/producer revealed in an interview with People magazine that she has been suffering with Graves decease for some time. She says it got so bad at one point that she could feel her leg shaking when she tried hit the brake while driving. Hopefully, the rapper will make a full recovery soon. Rapper DMX has big plans for his July 13 release from prison. First up is a new album "Redemption of the Beast", which has 26 tracks completed and features production from Scott Storch, Swizz Beatz and Dame Grease. In addition, Sean Kingston, The LOX and Tyrese make guest appearances on the album. The rapper also revealed that he's been offered a reality show deal that will focus on him and his ten children. Fans will recall that the rapper is currently six months into a year-long sentence for violating his probation. The rapper returned to prison in December 2010 after being charged with drug possession while on probation for a previous arrest for aggravated assault. He says he intends to get his release started on the right foot. Here's hoping the rapper can rebound from his past problems and get back to doing what he does best. Singer Kelly Rowland and fitness expert Jeanette Jenkins will release a fitness video. The video will reportedly include advice on achieving rock hard abs. Theres' been no word on when the video will be released. Speaking of Destiny's Child, rumor has it that the group will enter the studio to record a reunion album titled "Family Reunion". There's been no official announcement regarding a release date, however. Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance" continued last night with four dancers being sent packing last night. Singer Chris Brown has gone into damage control mode after yet another Twitter tirade. It all began when a TMZ photographer tried to snap pictures of the singer after he was issued a traffic ticket. He then took to Twitter and tweeted "they paid y'all the follow me. They paid y'all to take pictures of me. Y'all n.... must to gay.". He later went to state that he has a great deal of respect for the gay community and the remark wasn't intended to offend anyone. This isn't the first time Brown has used anti-gay epithets. In a Twitter feud with former B2K member Raz B, Brown referred to him as a "homo" and "d---k in the booty a-s little boy". Music executive James "Jimmy Henchmen" Roseman pleaded not guilty to cocaine possession charges after being on the run for a month. When Roseman was caught, he reportedly had in his possession five blackberrys, two fake drivers licenses, a fake passport, and a ticket to the Bahamas. Roseman was spotted leaving the W Hotel at the time of his arrest. There's been no word on a court date. Hollywood is buzzing with the rumor that actresses Lisa Raye and Vivica A. Fox are feuding. Raye reportedly believes Fox had her axed from an upcoming film. Adding fuel to the fire is the other rumor that the real reason for the beef between the two is that Fox informed Rayes now ex-husband Michael Misick that she was having an affair. Executives at singer Beyonce's record label Columbia are apparently not impressed with the singers latest album, and are upset because she refused to rerecord it. The album, titled "4", will be released this summer. J. Cole fans will be happy to know that the Rock Nation rapper took to Twitter to reveal the title and release date of his long awaited debut album. "Cole World: The Sideline Story" will hit store shelves on September 27. The first single "Work Out" was released last week and samples Kanye West's 2004 single "The New Workout Plan". The rapper is currently on tour in support of Rihanna's "Loud" tour. After a less-than-stellar performance in Belgrade, Serbia that found the singer stumbling around the stage, barely able to stand or perform, Amy Winehouse has decided to cancel the rest of her summer tour. Winehouse has been battling substance abuse, checking in and out of rehab as recently as this past May. Her currently European tour was originally set to run until August 15. Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance" continues its season with all but 2 or last weeks bottom seven rising to the occasion. Tune in tomorrow to learn who goes home. Singer Chris Brown recently got into a Twitter feud with the members of Odd Future. It all began when Brown tweeted a comment about lead singer Frank Ocean, which was taken out of context. Brown and the other members of the crew went at each other for what seemed like moments. For the time being, things appear to be over. Only time will tell. Teen sensation Justin Bieber and mentor Usher performed at Bieber's manager's recent birthday party. The two did a duet of "Yeah!". The party was an affair to remember for all who attended. The NBC show "The Voice" has really gotten off to an impressive start. Only time will tell who will be the winner, however. Things don't seem to be getting any easier for rapper Ja Rule. The recently incarcirated rapper, along with his business partner and CEO of Murder Inc Irv Gotti, have filed a lawsuit alleging that he has been defrauded out of thousands of dollars by a mysterious publishing company. Rich Kid Music claims to own licensing rights to Rule's multiplatinum 2001 album "Pain Is Love", according to the lawsuit. The company and its own Rondo Robinson then illegally collected $57,000 in royalties, money that belonged to Murder Inc. Both Rule and Gotti claim they have never heard of Rich Kid Music. Ja Rule is currently serving a two-and-a-half year prison sentence stemming from a 2007 incident where he was found in illegal possession of a hand gun. Fans of the duo Gnarls Barkely haven't heard from the duo since their 2008 sophomore album "The Odd Couple". In years since, the band members have worked on solo projects. In a recent interview with Us magazine, Cee-Lo Green stated there is a new Gnarls Barkley album in the works. He also stated that although he hopes to push the envelope, fans can expect the signature Gnarls Barkely sound. They have several collaborations completed, although there is no title and release date for the album. In the meantime, Cee Lo Green is currently on tour in support of Rihanna's "Loud" tour. Andre 3000 recently showered singer Beyonce with praise during a interview. The rapper, who makes a guest appearnce on the single "Party", from Beyonce's upcoming album "4", stated he believes she is one of the best performers of our time and it was an honor to work with her. Sad news out of Hollywood. Jackass star Ryan Dunn has died. Dunn died in a horrific car accident when his car veered off the road. A passenger in the car at the time has died as well. Dunn had apparently been drinking at the time. Prayers go out to his family and friends. R Kelly's former manager is suing the singer for over $1 million dollars in unpaid commission. R Kelly's business manager says the money was used to pay lawsuits against the singer and says the manager is just a disgruntled manager who is angry because he was fired. There's been no word on a court date. Rapper 50 Cent has inked a deal with Penguin Young Readers Group to write a book endorsing an anti-bullying message. The book, which will be released in January, will include the rapper's own personal experiences. According to website TMZ, Master P has been hit with a child support bill. The No Limit Records founder was ordered to pay $271 per month for four underage children based on an income of $1,387 per month. Based on the belief that the figure is inaccurate, Master Ps ex-wife Sonya, is working to receive a new set of financials from the "I Got The Hook Up" star to present to the Louisiana Department of Child Support Services. There's been no comment from the rappers camp regarding the matter. Fans of singer Sean Kingston will be happy to know that the singer is improving since being admitted to a Miami hospital after a jet skiing accident. He took to social networking site Twitter to let his fans know that he is recovering and even tweeted a picture of himself sitting upright. He thanked fans for their prayers and support. Talib Kweli has proven to be a jack of all trades. While juggling a 200-shows-a year tour schedule, he still finds time to record new music and work on a book. He recently stated in an interview that he enjoys being on the road performing. He's currently working on a book about his experiences and philosophies on life. Fans shouldn't expect a Black Star reunion between he and former partner Mos Def, however. His latest album "Prisoner of Conscious" will be released digitally in the United States this summer and "Gutter Rainbows" will be released soon after. For No Doubt fans who have been wondering why the group hasn't released new music in a decade, according to lead singer Gwen Stefani, the answer is simple. Having children. She says the band has a few more songs to finish and it's been a long process to getting the groups next album completed. Rapper DMX will be released from prison on July 6 after serving a sixth month jail sentence for parole violation and already has his sights set on life beyond prison. First will be a new album to be released this summer, his first in four years. He also wishes to united his 10 children and build a new relationship with his mother. A reality show is also in the works that will show a different side of the Yonkers New York rapper. "X-tended Family" will focus on the rapper and his relationship with fiance Yadira Borrego. He was previously married to Tashera Simmons who said she grew frustrated with his infidelity after learning he fathered four children outside their marriage. The film "Green Lantern" topped the weekend box office earning over $50 million dollars. "Super 8", "Mr Popper's Penguins", "X Men: First Class" and "The Hangover Pt. 2" round out the top five films of the week. A spokesman for the New York City Police Department said they are investigating the recent confession of the man who says he was involved in the 1994 shooting of Tupac Shakur. Spokesman Paul Browne said detectives plan to talk with Dexter Isaac and see what he has to say. As mentioned previously, Isaac, a former associate of James "Jimmy Henchman" Roseman, claims he was paid $2,500 to rob Tupac outside New York City's Quad Studios in November 1994. He even claims to have a chain he stole from the slain rapper. Roseman's lawyer Jeffrey Lichtman refutes the claim calling it a "flat out lie". There's been no word from Roseman, as he's been on the run since May 17 due to his connection in a drug case. The music executive, who manages West Coast rapper Game among others, is accused of shipping hundreds of kilos of cocaine to New York in music equipment cases as part of a drug ring that also includes his brother, Kesner. If convicted, he faces up to 15 to 20 years in federal prison. No charges can be brought against Isaac because enough time has passed since the crime that the statue of limitations prevent anyone from being tried for it. Legendary West Coast rapper Ice Cube is promoting AIDS awareness by partnering with RareInk, a company that sells celebrity autographs, artwork, and gives a portion of the proceeds to the Minority AIDS Project. Various autographed Ice Cube inspired pieces will go on sale soon. A couple of the works available incorporate cover art from his debut album "AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted" and a scene from his hit song and video "Today Was A Good Day". Five more items will be unveiled by June 21. Rapper Nas may be in a better place in life and music, but that doesn't mean everything's coming up roses as far as his upcoming tenth album is concerned. The Queensbridge MC recently stated in an interview that he's considering changing the current title of the upcoming album from "Life Is Good" to a different one. He says some didn't understand what was meant by the title. The last time Nas changed an album title was in 2008. He wanted to name the album N___, but was overruled by his label Def Jam Records. During breaks on her current tour, singer Rihanna will sneak into the studio to record new material that will appear on a deluxe edition of her album "Loud". The album, originally released in November 2010, features five hit singles, "S & M", "What's My Name", "Only Girl (In The World)", "California King Bed" and "Man Down". A lawyer representing James "Jimmy Henchmen" Roseman is disputing allegations by Dexter Isaac that Roseman paid him to rob Tupac Shakur in 1994. The lawyer says the allegations are a lie and Mr Isaac is just trying to get out of jail early. As mentioned previously, rapper 50 Cent and his record label Interscope can't seem to see eye to eye and as a result, the rapper's next album has been delayed. Now, the MC has taken matters into his own hands by leaking a track on the album over the internet. There's still no word on when the album will be released. After making what some would call disparaging remarks about President Barack Obama, Chicago rapper Lupe Fiasco will appear on the Fox News show "The OReilly Factor" to debate the shows host. OReilly took the rapper to task for his comments and invited him on the show. He even went so far as to say that the MC turned down the invitation. Now, his appearance on the show is scheduled to air next week, according to TheLupE.N.D. blog. Rapper Bizzy Bone of Bone Thugs N Harmony is in legal trouble after reportedly beating up two men on his tour bus. The two men claim they paid $80 for a meet-and-greet with Bone Thugs N Harmony on Thursday June 9, but when they entered the groups tour bus, and argument ensued, and Bizzy began hitting the men. One man claims his nose was broken, and another filed a police report against Bizzy the next day. The police are investigating the allegations. Actor/rapper/executive Nick Cannon has signed upcoming rap group The Wonder Broz to his Ncredible label. The two rappers bring a youthful energy to the hip hop game and met Cannon on the set of "America's Got Talent", where he heard the groups music. There's been no word on when their debut album will be released, however. Actor Charlie Sheen will return to television in a new series. There's been no word on a title or air date. Dexter Isaac, currently serving a life sentence in prison, has confessed to the 1994 shooting of the late Tupac Shakur. In a letter sent to Allhiphop.com, Isaac stated that he was paid $2,500 by mogul Jimmy "Henchmen" Roseman, plus given jewelry. He even went so far as to name check Sean "Diddy" Combs as well. Fans will recall that Shakur was shot five times in the lobby of a New York recording studio. The attack ignited the East Coast/West Coast rap war and started the beef between Shakur and the Notorious B.I.G. Shakur always blamed Big and mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs for the attack. Tupac Shakur would have turned 40 today. Kanye West wants to sue whomever is responsible for leaking his unreleased track "Mama's Boy". Def Jam Records claims that someone took West's vocals and added music to them. There's been no word on a possible lawsuit. Congratulations to actress Nia Long are in order. The actress is expecting her second child. Rumor has it the father is a NBA star she's been seeing for about a year. The actress has a son from a previous relationship. Rapper 50 Cent reportedly has a new look. The rapper has changed his hair in preparation for a new movie. There's been no word on a title or release date. In more 50 Cent news, the rapper has delayed the release of his next album saying that he and his record label Interscope are not on the same page.The rapper went on a Twitter tirade discussing the problems with his label. Speaking of acting, Scott "Kid Cudi" Mescudi stated in an interview that he wanted to improve his performance on the hit HBO series "How To Make It In America". He says he watched six episodes he appeared in, then hired an acting coach. The show will begin airing this summer, but no specific date has been announced. The 2011 BET Awards has announced that Rick Ross, DJ Khaled and Ace Hood will take the stage at the cable network's annual awards show. Beyonce, Drake, Lil Wayne, Alicia Keys, Jill Scott and Chris Brown will also perform. The BET Awards will air live on June 26 at 8 p.m. This season of Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance" has turned out to be the most exciting in some time. The contestants are strong and have a great deal of personality. The film "Green Lantern" is set to hit theaters and is sure to be a thrill ride for comic film fans. K Koke, a UK artist best known here in America as an artist signed to Jay Z's Rock Nation, has been arrested and charged with the attempted murder of a 27-year old man who remains unnamed by police, according to reports. Koke, born Kevin Georgiou, will face charges along with four other suspects, who are accused of shooting the man in the back during a pursuit through a London train station. Police raided Koke's home and took him into custody. He is due in court June 15. Koke signed to Rock Nation in January of this year. He caught Jay Z's ear with his two-part mixtape series "Pure Koke" volumes 1 and 2, which were both critically acclaimed in the UK. Fresh off his stint on ABC's "Dancing With The Stars", Romeo announced that he will release a mixtape "I Am No Limit". It will feature three singles "Famous Girl", "Scheduled Appointment" and "Rock With It". The album is named after No Limit Records, the label his father Master P started a decade ago. He also plans to release an album later this year. After appearing on NBC's "Law & Order: SVU" for over a decade, rapper Ice T is now working on his directorial debut. He will release a documentary on hip hop titled "The Art of Rap", which will look at the roots of rap and how the worlds most successful rappers craft their masterpieces. He released a teaser for the documentary earlier this year. Two weeks after his jet ski accident, singer Sean Kingston is showing improvement. According to website TMZ, the singer is now breathing on his own and is able to walk around his hospital room. A statement from a representative said he continues to show improvement and thanks friends, family and fans for all their well wishes. Rapper Common has been added to the Rock The Bells lineup. The rapper will perform his 2005 album "Be". Erykah Badu will perform her debut album "Baduizm" in its entirety. The show will hit Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and Boston, among others. Beverly McClellan and Dia Frampton have lived to sing another night on "The Voice". Frenchie Davis and Xenia Martinez also managed to move forward in the competition. Lil Wayne and Brian "Baby" Williams are being sued by George Clinton for allegedly sampling a Clinton hit from the 1970's without permission. There's been no word on a court date. If you've ever wondered what inspired singer Alicia Keys hit "If I Ain't Got You", it was singer Aaliyah. The singer recently posted an essay on her website discussing the behind the scenes crafting of the follow up to her debut album "Songs In A Minor", 2003's "Diary Of Alicia Keys". She says the song was written after Aaliyah's death and it became clear to her what matters and what doesn't. Meanwhile, to commemorate the 10th anniversary of "Songs In A Minor", Ms Keys will release a 2-CD deluxe re-issue of "Songs In A Minor" on June 28. A collectors edition will feature a DVD with a behind the scenes documentary. Keys' will also perform an anniversary concert on June 30 at New York's Beacon Theater. Death Row Records founder Suge Knight was featured in an ad campaign for PETA against dog chaining. Knight isn't the only hip hop figure who has been courted by PETA. Waka Flaka Flame recently appeared in ads for the organization speaking out against the use of animal fur. Thankfully Suge didn't opt to go with an all-nude promotion as Waka did. After 15 years together, rappers Capone-N-Noreaga have split up. Nore went on his Twitter account on June 9 to break the news to fans. Both rappers say it's time to do other things. Both are open to the possibility of a reunion, however. Drake and Rihanna are apparently getting closer. Drake reportedly made a surprise visit at a concert Rihanna did in his home town Toronto and another show the singer did in Montreal. When they weren't performing, the two were seen dining out and hitting the clubs together. Fans will recall that rumors of a romance between the two surfaced in 2009, but were squashed. Drake commented that he felt hurt and used by their reportedly brief relationship. It looks like things may last longer the second time around. The film "Super 8" topped the weekend box office, earning over $37,000 million dollars. "X Men: First Class", "The Hangover Part 2", "Kung Fu Panda 2" and "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" round out the top five films of the week. After leaking "Dreams Money Can By" last month, Drake is set to release another potential single from his upcoming sophomore album "Take Care". The song titled "Marvin's Room" has been posted to Drakes "Octobers Very Own" blog and is a ballad that finds the Canadian singing and rapping to a would be love interest. In addition, the first single from the album will be released in July; fans can get the rest of "Take Care" when it hits stores on October 24. Fans who remember how they felt the first time they heard Jodeci, Boys 2 Men, or 112 will be impressed with Atlanta R&B group Hamilton Park. Signed by Andre Harrell, the group is out to prove that male R&B vocal groups aren't a thing of the past. The groups first single is called "Thing Called Us". Singer/actress Jennifer Hudson was rushed to a New York hospital after suffering from severe food poisoning. According to a representative, the singer was rushed to a hospital after performing on "Good Morning America" because she was suffering from severe abdominal pain. According to website TMZ, who obtained a statement, the singer had been complaining of the pain before her performance, and she was rushed to a hospital after she was finished. She was treated and released at a New York hospital. Former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland has set a release date for her upcoming third solo project. "Here I Am" is slated to hit store shelves on July 26. Currently, her latest single "Motivation" is number 1 on Billboards R&B/Hip Hop Songs chart. The album had been delayed because the singer said she felt it wasn't completed. She'll be juggling the promotion schedule for the upcoming album with her new role as a judge on the UKs "X Factor". Rapper T.I. isn't letting serving prison time stop him from releasing new music. The Trap Musik star recently posted to a blog that he will release a new record soon. T.I. was arrested on September 1 2010 while in Los Angeles with wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle for possession of ecstasy pills and violating his probation. The next time rapper Drake invites a female fan onstage, he should ask her age first. The rapper was doing a concert and invited a female fan onstage. He proceeded to kiss and caress the fan, the only problem was, the fan was a minor. The girl was quickly escorted off the stage by security. A 16-year-old Rihanna fan is upset with the pop star. Reportedly, pictures of the fan and Rihanna with the stars hand on the fans rear are circulating. Theres been no word on whether any legal action will be taken. Rapper Eminem has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against German auto manufacturer Audi. An add the company recently released features the Detroit rappers song "Lose Yourself", allegedly without his permission. Fans will recall that the song was used in a Chrysler add during the Superbowl. Now, the the company has responded by saying that what appears to be an add, isn't an add at all. According to a statement released to Allhiphop.com, the add does not involve Audi of America, and the add was not shown in the United States. Audi has been forced to cease airing the advertisement, however. Country singer Keith Urban is gearing up for his "Get Closer Tour" and plans to keep his family squarely in mind. He says he arranged the tour so he'd be away two, three, maybe four days, instead of weeks at a time. He also stated that when he does his show in Canada, he'll bring his girls along. By girls he's referring to daughters with actress Nicole Kidman: Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. The Canada show should include a great deal of family fun. When fans of rapper Fat Joe view the video for his latest single "Drop A Body", they'll notice the MC flaunting a new slimmer figure. He says he lost between 40 to 88 lbs by working out two hours a day with a trainer, and sticking to healthier foods. He also stated that he doesn't want to leave daughter Azaryah behind. Watching a few friends die of heart attacks in their thirties was a wake up call as well. He doesn't seem certain whether he'll change his stage name, however. Another season of "So You Think You Can Dance" has begun, and last night the top twenty contestants were revealed. It was one of the most exciting episodes of the show in quite some time. British Prime Minister David Cameron is supporting a band on racy music videos like ones released by American pop stars like Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera. Over the weekend, the UK newspaper The Daily Mail published a story on the findings of a report compiled by Reg Baily, the first male chief executive of the Mother's Union, regarding the sexualization of children. In addition to addressing the problem of retail stores selling inappropriate clothing for children, a portion of the report also focuses on racy music videos that feature skimpy clothing and sexual play. The Daily Mail reported that videos like these will be banned from television after 9 p.m. Complaints came after both Rihanna and Christina Aguilera gave sexually charged performances on the UK verison of "The X Factor". Rihanna kicked off her Loud tour in the US by giving a female fan a lap dance. Lady Gaga meanwhile, has had shipments of her latest album "Born This Way" banned in Lebanon as well. Copies of the album were seized after it was determined that the album contained material that is offensive to Christians. The album will not be available for purchase in the country at all. Rapper Flo Rida was arrested early Thursday morning in Miami Beach for DUI and driving with a suspended license. Flo Rida attracted the attention of Miami Beach police when they saw him driving erratically through the heart of South Beach in his 2008 Bugatti. According to a police report, his car was swerving. When the rapper was stopped, the officer noticed that he had bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred speech and the smell of alcohol on his breath. When he failed a sobriety test, he was taken to the Miami Beach Police Department for processing and later booked to Miami Dade Correctional Department. Music Matters artist Skyzoo has released a new mixtape titled "The Great Debater". According to the Brooklyn MC, this is his most lyrical work to date and is sure to surprise fans of his prior work. Presented by producer 9th Wonder and Jamla Records, the project is available for download. Hip hop band the Roots stated in an interview that the band will explore new territory with a "full-fledged narrative concept album" with strong orchestral influences. While no release date has been confirmed, the group hopes to have the project in stores by early 2012. For fans who have been wanting to see a Wu Tang Clan reunion, their wish will be granted, sort of. Seven of the nine original members of the group will appear on a project titled "Legendary Weapons". Slated for a July 26 release on E1, the album will feature RZA, Ghostface Killa, Raekwon, Method Man, U-God, Inspectah Deck and Cappadonna. The first single will be RZA's "Only The Rugged Will Survive", to be followed by "225 Rounds". The CMT Awards delivered more of what fans have come to expect from the fan voted awards show. Teen sensation Taylor Swift, in addition to winning the Video of the Year Award, performed skit with host Shania Twain. Other winners include Sugarland and Lady Antebellum. Although there's been no word on when the baby's due, she and boyfriend Rohan Marley, son of reggae legend Bob Marley, are currently raising five children together. Rapper/actress Eve revealed in a recent interview that after dating someone for a year, she's ready for marriage and children. She wouldn't reveal the gentleman's name, but says he's not in the music industry. Meanwhile, she's completing work on her next album "Lip Lock" after a nine year absence from the music scene. After conquering music, film and fashion, rapper 50 Cent is set to conquer the comics. The Queens New York rapper's rags-to-riches story will be chronicled in a new Bluewater Productions comic book and the cover has hit the web. Hitting shelves July 2011, Fame: 50 Cent follows then unknown Curtis James Jackson as he builds his hip hop persona and climbs the music charts with such hits as "In Da Club" and "How We Do". The book also tackles his drug-dealing past, public feuds with other hip hop artists, and his lesser known years as a fledging boxer and follows him to his current title of entreprenur and father. The book will retail for $3.99 in July. Singers Chris Brown and Jill Scott will join Alicia Keys and other as performers at the 2011 BET Awards. Brown has been nominated for six awards, and Scott lit up the stage with her performance at Black Girls Rock. According to mediatakeout.com, singer Fantasia Barrino is two months pregnant, but won't make an announcement until she's three months. The father of the child is allegedly Antoine Cook, the man whose wife sued the singer claiming she knew he was married when she began a relationship with him. Mediatakeout.com is also reporting that Miami rap star Trina is expecting a child as well. There's been no word on who the father of the child is, however. Karrine "Superhead" Steffans now says everything in her New York Time best seller "Confessions Of A Video Vixen" was fabricated. She says the vixen doesn't exist, and she would have never given the book it's title. It sounds like Steffans is seeking publicity for her next book. Singer/actress Jennifer Hudson will pen a book on how she lost 80lbs. The book will be released this fall. If you've been looking forward to seeing the footage of singer/actress Jennifer Lopez and her first husband, you'll be disappointed. A judge has decided that the clip cannot be shown without Lopez' permission. It's unlikely that the star will give it. Rapper Ja Rule won't deliver the going away present promised to fans when he begins serving a two year sentence on Wednesday. The album "Pain Is Love 2" has been delayed because the Murder Inc. star wasn't able to finish the album to his satisfaction by deadline. Fontana Distribution, the company set to release "Pain Is Love 2", needed the album completed 60 days in advance, but Ja wanted to keep working on making improvements. There's no word on when "Pain Is Love 2" will hit stores, but the rappers longtime producer Aurelius says he's willing to put it "on the fast track" to get it to fans as soon as possible. Meanwhile, Ja Rule stated in an interview that to keep busy while behind bars he will write a book, get his GED and possibly learn to play an instrument. He also stated he wanted to start a world tour, which would start the day he is released from prison. In December 2010, Ja Rule was sentenced to 2 years in prison after pleading guilty to gun possession charges. He was arrested in 2007 after a concert in New York. The 106 & Park Presents: Closer To My Dreams tour has announced that Diggy Simmons will join the list of hip hop and R & B hopefuls to grace the stage for an all-out youth take over this summer. In addition, fans will be treated to performances by Tyga, Lil Twist, Mindless Behavior and newcomers Trevante and Jawan Harris. The tour kicks off at the House Of Blues in Los Angeles on July 7 and will hit 18 cities before closing in Atlanta on August 6. Only a month after losing member M-Bone to violence, the remaining three members of Cali Swag District are preparing to release their debut album. "The Kickback" will hit stores on July 12, and it's next single is slated to be "Burn Out (Drive Fast)". The album will be released on Sphinx Music Entertainment/319 Music Group. Another season of "The Bachelorette" as begun, and only time will tell who will steal bachelorette Ashely's heart. With more dates to come, there are many possibilities. The film "X Men: First Class" topped the weekend box office, earning over $56 million dollars. "The Hangover Part 2", "Kung Fu Panda 2", "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" and "Bridesmaids" round out the top five films of the week. Fans eagerly awaiting the release of Lil Wayne's next album "Tha Carter 4" shouldn't hold their breaths. Although it was initially reported that the album would be released this month, it's been pushed back. Latest reports now say it will be released on August 29, according to Youheardthatnew.com. According to Mack Maine, the Young Money camp wanted to release the album the day Wayne was released from jail back in November. Although Wayne started recording back in 2008, his manager Cortez Bryant said he would be starting from scratch. He's already released several singles said to be slated for the album, including '6 Foot 7 Foot" and "How To Love". Singer/songwriter/producer T Pain stated in an interview that he will no longer use Audio-Tune. He will introduce his own vocal processor called the T-Pain Effect. The newer technology is the result of a partnership between the artist and Izotope, a tech company who will be the exclusive provider of the T-Pain Effect, which will be unveiled at the E3 conference on June 7. Izotope will use its own vocal technology to process T-Pains new sound. Singer Sean Kingston is reportedly conscious and responsive after a horrific accident where he crashed his jet ski into a bridge over the Memorial Day weekend. Although he can't speak due to a breathing tube down his mouth and throat, the singer communicates with head nods and hand gestures. The singer is expected to make a full recovery. Lil Wayne apparently won't be the only Young Money artist featured on former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland's new album. The singer stated in an interview that she's collaborated with Young Money artist Nicki Minaj on a track on the new album. She also stated she's ready to tour in support of the album. Her third studio album, "Here I Am" will be released this fall. The MTV Movie Awards aired last night, and it was filled with a few risque moments, including some groping by Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis, stars of "Friends With Benefits". Censors couldn't bleep Robert Pattinson's F bomb while presenting an award to actress Reese Witherspoon. Witherspoon, who was honored for her achievements in comedy and drama, let some profanity slip as well. All in all it was a night of bawdy humor that won't be forgotten. BET is not backing down from its decision to air Rihanna's "Man Down" video. The cable network says it has a set of standards it applies to content aired and Rihanna's video is in compliance with those standards. Rihanna meanwhile, took to Twitter to let her opinion on the matter be known. She stated that entertainers are not "kids are us", and parents should talk to their children so that they don't turn out like her and others. Model Amber Rose shot down rumors she's expecting a child. She stated that she and boyfriend Wiz Khalifa love one another, and want children, but now is not the right time. If you thought CA rap group Cali Swag District would replace fallen member M Bone, you thought wrong. The surviving members of the group say they intend to keep his memory alive as they prepare for the release of their upcoming mixtape "Deeper Than the Dougie". As previously mentioned, Montae "M Bone" Talbert was shot and killed in a drive by shooting in the groups hometown Inglewood CA on May 15. He was laid to rest on May 27 in a open-to-the-public funeral at Faith Central Bible Church, also in Inglewood CA. The service was attended by more than 2,000 friends, family and fans. The Inglewood Police Department is still conducting an investigation into the murder and asking that anyone with any information come forward. In the meantime, the group says it has no plans to replace the dancer, however. It will continue as a trio. The explicit video Jennifer Lopez has been trying to block may see the light of day. The clip featuring the star and her ex-husband has started a bidding war of sorts. The only problem is, the most offered is reportedly $5,000. The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that singer/actress Jennifer Hudson will star in the upcoming "Three Stooges" film. She will play one of the nuns in the orphanage where the brothers Stooge grow up. Other members of the ensemble cast include Jane Lynch of "Glee" and Larry David of "Curb Your Enthusiasm". This is the Grammy and Oscar winner's fifth film role. The film will be released by 20th Century Fox. The apes are at it again. "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" will hit theaters on Aug 5 and will feature computer generated effects, a first for the 43-year-old franchise. Although the 2001 version did well at the box office, it was panned by critics. Only time will tell how much better the latest installment of the film will do. Several watchdog groups have banned together to denounce Rihanna's video for her single "Man Down", and have blasted BET for airing the clip. They say it was Rihanna's chance to make a profound statement to victims of rape and domestic violence, like herself, and she didn't. According to mediatakeout.com, model Amber Rose is expecting a child with current boyfriend rapper Wiz Khalifa. Although the two have been reportedly dating for some time, the pregnancy rumor hasn't been confirmed. Kim Kardashian shot down rumors she's expecting with fiance Chris Humphries. According to the rumor mill, pregnancy is the reason Humphries purposed. Kardashian says she wants a child, but is not pregnant. Congratulations to rapper Wiz Khalifa are in order. The rappers latest single "Roll Up" has just been certified platinum. Benjy Grinberg, president of Rostrum Records, and who helped Wiz Khalifa start his rap career, tweeted the information. The rappers first single, "Black & Yellow" was certified double platinum back in February. Both singles appear on his debut album "Rolling Papers". Lady Gaga continues her winning streak. The pop stars latest album "Born This Way" sold over 1,108,000 copies its first week, making it the biggest selling album since 50 Cent's "The Massacre" in 2005. Gaga was everywhere in the weeks prior to the release of the album, appearing on "Good Morning America", "The Oprah Winfrey Show", "Late Night With David Letterman", "Saturday Night Live", "American Idol" and even BET's "106 & Park". The female companion who was with Sean Kingston when he crashed his jetski says she begged him to slow down before the accident, but he didn't. Kingston is still in critical but stable condition and will spend at least six weeks in the hospital. Nelly is apparently ready to make a comeback after being off the radar for some time. He and his former booking agent recently got into a Twitter feud with the booking agent saying Nelly is resuming his career because he's broke. Nelly fired back saying the agent cheated him. The show is focused on finding the next great songwriter, pitting other would be scribes against each other in various writing challenges. The winning songwriter will receive a publishing deal with Sony/ATV and a recording contract with RCA/Jive. "Platinum Hit" airs on Bravo at 10 p.m eastern.
