Monday Memo

Super heroes win again. "The Dark Knight Rises" topped the weekend box office, earning over $60 million dollars. "Ice Age: Continental Drift", "The Watch", "Step Up: Revolution" and "Ted" round out the top five films of  the week. They both appeared in France at the same time, and now rumors are swirling that Chris Brown and Rihanna are dating again. According to reports, although Brown's new girlfriend was in France also, the two were seen having an intimate dinner together. Brown's entourage later got into a scuffle with security after it was discovered that a table in the VIP section had not been reserved for the group. To add insult to injury, Brown put his foot in his mouth when responding to a reporter's question about singer Frank Ocean coming out. He replied, "no homo".  Stay tuned as this story develops. After a week long vacation, Katherine Jackson is back home with her grandchildren. As mentioned previously, a judge granted temporary guardianship of Michael Jackson's three children to Mrs Jackson's grandson TJ Jackson. Now, it's been reported that she will file for joint guardianship of the children some time this week. Meanwhile, authorities want to investigate to determine if the children are receiving the best care. In the meantime, Randy Jackson went on a Twitter rant over the weekend claiming that the executors of Michael's estate are trying to kill his mother. Stay tuned. This story gets stranger by the day. "Basketball Wives" star Tami Roman recently reported hackers breaking into both her email and Twitter accounts. Authorities are investigating the matter. Rapper Snoop Dogg has been banned from Norway after being arrested for marijuana possession. Authorities found 8 grams of the drug on the rapper during a stop. No comment from the rapper. After being called off, it looks like rapper Game's wedding is back on. He was set to marry fiance Tiffney Cambridge, the mother of his first two children, in a ceremony that would have been the focal point of a reality series. But the rapper stated Cambridge called it off. The two have apparently patched things up. According to TMZ, the wedding is scheduled for August and the reality show shoot will continue as planned. Legendary rapper Busta Rhyme appeared on "106 & Park" to reveal that his upcoming album, "Year Of The Dragon" will be available as a digital download via the Google Play store. He went on to point out that this is not his official Cash Money debut. "Year Of The Dragon" will feature appearances from Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Robin Thicke and more. The lead single "Why Stop Now", featuring Chris Brown was released last year. On the tube: "Hell's Kitchen" on Fox, "How I Met Your Mother" on CBS, "Bachelor Pad" on ABC and "Summer Olympics" on NBC. Happy Monday!
