Tuesday Tales

Singer Chris Brown and off-again-on again girlfriend Karruche Tran are done. The two have split apparently permanently and Brown has begun dating Tran's friend Blair. What's strange is Tran posted photos of herself in Miami with Brown. Only time will tell where things will go from here. Rapper Chief Keef has had yet another run in with the law. This time the teen rapper has been slapped with gun and drug charges. No word on a court date. He was sentenced to house arrest for probation violation in connection with pointing a gun at an officer. He was caught smoking marijuana in an Atlanta hotel room. He was also hit with a trespassing charge and hit with a second paternity suit the same day. It doesn't look like rapper Drake and singer Chris Brown will settle their differences anytime soon. Drake stated during a recent interview that he'd love for the two to sit down and have a talk, but he doesn't want his name constantly mentioned with Brown's. In the meantime, he's set to tour with Miguel and Future. Rapper Lil Wayne is in hot water. The rapper can be seen performing in his latest music video with the American flag behind him, which later falls to the ground only to be stepped on by the New Orleans native. Stay tuned. Only time will tell where the controversy will lead. More details regarding rapper Jay Z's deal with mobile phone giant Samsung. First, the company paid over $1 million to grab rights to his latest album, changing the way artists release music. Samsung reportedly paid $5 for each of the 1 million albums it plans to give away to Samsung Galaxy smart phone users free, 72 hours before the album's official release. The music will be streamed via an app to be unveiled later this month. With his hands in so many pots, Hova definitely has the summer sewn up on all facets. Both Kanye West and Wale are scheduled to released albums. "Magna Carta Holy Grail" hits stores on July 4. On DVD: "A Good Day To Die Hard". Rappers Kanye West and J. Cole have new music in stores this week. On the tube: "So You Think You Can Dance" on Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Jimmy Kimmel Live" on ABC and "America's Got Talent" on NBC. Happy Tuesday!
