Tuesday Tales

Rapper Lil Scrappy denied rumors that he's been fired from "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta". Rumors swirled that he had been fired and would be replaced. The rapper went on to comment on the recent rumored fight with another gentleman at a gas station saying that the gentlemen started the fight. Rapper Sean Kingston has settled out of court with Carissa Capeloto, the woman who accused him of gang raping her in his hotel room following a performance at a Justin Bieber concert in 2010; it's not an admission of guilt, sources told celebrity web site TMZ. The sources said the rapper settled out of court for an undisclosed amount because he doesn't have time for a trial due to an upcoming tour and album release. Kingston tweeted a picture of the cover art for his upcoming album "Back 2 Life" along with a caption that read "Focus on what matters most to you! My music!". Despite the settlement, Kingston's legal trouble hasn't ended yet. The University of Western  Ontario has cancelled his scheduled September 7  performance for their orientation week because of "zero tolerance for sexual assault". Capeloto accused Kingston, his bodyguard and a band  member of taking advantage of her while she was "obviously intoxicated and incapable of consent" in his hotel room after inviting her for what she assumed was a post concert meet-and-greet. She filed a civil suit recently for $5 million. Kingston was cleared of criminal charges by police. On the tube: "Raising Hope" on Fox, "How I Met Your Mother" on CBS, "Shark Tank" on ABC and "American Ninja Warrior" on NBC. Happy Monday!
