Tuesday Tales

Be sure to tune in to Fox's "American Idol" as the week's top contestants perform for viewer votes. Jay Leno won the late night battle, with the ratings for his first night back on "The Tonight Show" scoring a 4.5 rating/14 share in 56 metered markets while David Letterman earned 3.0/8, according to NBC. The cast for the new season of "Dancing With The Stars" was announced today and Chad Johnson and Kate Gosslin will be among the cast members. The show will air on March 27. Rapper Nas is in hot water with the IRS. The rapper reportedly owes the agency a whopping $3,365,671.26 in back taxes. This is more than the orginal amount the agency had placed a lien on the rapper for. He has not commented on his financial troubles. Rapper T.I is in the middle of a controversy as well. This matter is regarding a billboard for his clothing line Akoo. The image, which is planted in the middle of Newark NJ's busiest intersection shows a young woman kneeling in front of a gentleman with a unzipped pair of jeans. The mayor of the city is ready to take up the matter of similar billboards with his city council. On the tube: "American Idol" of Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Lost" on ABC and "The Biggest Loser: Couples" on NBC. Happy Tuesday!
