Tuesday Tales

It looks like rapper Kanye West has learned to handle photographers much better. He and current girlfriend Kim Kardashian were out on the town in Miami when  a photographer asked the pair if they were aware if Kardashian's ex-boyfriend, Reggie Bush, was in the same place having dinner with his pregnant girlfriend. The photographer went on to ask Kardashian if she'd congratulate the father-to-be. West then put his hand in front of the camera, without touching the lens or the female photographer taking pictures. It's nice to know he's learn a lesson from a prior encounter. In other Kardashian news, Kim's little sister Khloe will co-host "The X Factor" with Mario Lopez. Rapper Nelly has cleared the air regarding his recent arrest in Texas. He now says he'd have to be a true St. Lunatic to jeopardize his career by knowingly going through Sierra Blanca TX with drugs on his tour bus. Authorities pulled the bus over at the routine check stop and discovered several bags of heroin, 10 pounds of marijuana and a loaded pistol on board. Nelly and six other occupants of the bus were detained while police performed the raid. Snoop Dogg, Willie Nelson and Fiona Apple have also been stopped for drug possession in the same area. Three Six Mafia member DJ Paul was arrested in New York after being stopped for carrying a taser. He now says he was unaware that the item was illegal in the state of New York. No word on a fine or jail time. Singer Rihanna will appear on the cover of the next issue of Vogue magazine. In the article, the singer discusses her new found friendship with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown by saying people don't understand the couple's renewed relationship because they can't let the 2009 incident between the two go. She added that others can't see what she sees. It looks like rapper Mystical wants to go from rapper to porn star. He's admitted to having a crush on porn star Pink, and now that star has responded by saying she'd be willing to do a film with the rapper. The only thing; she won't pay him because she doesn't pay amateurs. Sad news out of the world of hip hop. Miami rapper Bizzle, born Robert Labranche,  was shot and killed outside a Miami car wash, police confirmed. The 37-year-old artist, known for the strip club hit "Lip Biting Animal", was seen arguing with a younger man in front of the business. Shortly thereafter, a hail of gunfire was heard. Police say they are looking for a African-American suspect believed to be in his twenties wearing all black. The rapper has been involved in the Miami rap scene since 2000 and founded Chowtime Records.  A crowd of friends and relatives gathered at the crime scene and became outwardly emotional. In a statement to NBC Miami, police spokesman Willie Moreno said he was struck by the outpouring of support. He stated that the rapper was someone who was not only loved by his family, but by the community. Let's stop the violence! On DVD: "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted", "Moonrise Kingdom", "That's My Boy" and "Chernobyl Diaries". On the tube: Raising Hope" on Fox, "NCIS: Los Angeles" on CBS, "Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars" on ABC and "The Voice" on NBC. Happy Tuesday!
