Friday Facts

Web site mediatakeout.com reportedly has obtained messages from rapper Young Dro to a female fan. In the messages, he asks for a threesome with the female and rapper Waka Flaka Flame. While the rapper has not commented on the matter, hopefully soon a statement will be released. Reggae star Sean Paul is set to pen his autobiography. In the book, he claims to have dated singer Beyonce Knowles for a period of time. Fans will recall that he was booted out of a 2003 performance with Beyonce at the MTV Video Music Awards. Rapper Wiz Khalifa has gotten a tattoo of his latest flame Amber Rose's name on his hand. For some time now, rumors swirled about a romantic relationship between the two. The tattoo makes it official. Fans will be happy to know that 1990's boy band Immature has reunited. The group has recorded a single, and hopefully will be back on the road soon. Actor/writer/producer/director Tyler Perry has extended his deal with Lionsgate Films for three additional years. The company also handles the DVD distribution of his hit plays as well. Mary J. Blige announced via twitter that the video for her new single "Someone To Love Me" will feature Lil Wayne and Diddy. It will be the first single from her upcoming as yet untitled CD. She has been working on the album since August, and has collaborated with Swizz Beatz, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, Ne-Yo and Raphael Saadiq, among others. The single has been released to iTunes and is receiving air play across the country. The top eleven became the top nine as two contestants were eliminated on Fox's "American Idol" last night. Be sure to tune in next week as the competition continues. The competition continues on ABC's "Dancing With The Stars" as well. In more "Dancing With The Stars" news, singer Chris Brown's recent appearance on the show was a ratings booster, driving numbers up 31% higher than it was for the same week last season. It appears that despite some negative publicity, Brown is still high on audience's radar. In theaters this weekend: "Hop" and "Source Code". On the tube: "Kitchen Nightmares" on Fox, "Chaos" on CBS, "Shark Tank" on ABC and "Who Do You Think You Are?" on NBC. Make it a weekend!
