Thursday Dish
As mentioned previously, rapper 50 Cent is disgusted with his record label. There has been a delay in the release of his latest album, and now the rapper says he plans to scrap it altogether. He says his label has dropped the ball on him one too many times. He also mentioned that he thought of leaking one of Dr Dre's tracks, but decided against it. Meanwhile former G-Unit affiliate Game reportedly got into a spat with a video model. The model has now put a video of the rapper's pleading with her to allow him to demonstrate his oral sex skills on the internet. He even offered to fly her first class to Los Angeles for an encounter. In other Game news, the rapper may be searching for a new recording home as well. He's been with Interscope Records his entire career, and is considering going over to Cash Money Records when his current contract expires. He says he talks with CEO Bryan "Baby" Williams often, and he's grown comfortable with Lil Wayne and the rest of the Young Money Entertainment crew, with whom he's collaborated on several occasions. While no deal has been worked out as yet, the West Coast MC could join the roster that includes chart toppers Drake and Nicki Minaj. The label also boast the talents of Bow Wow and DJ Khaled. Games next album, "The R.E.D. Album", will hit stores on August 23. Lauryn Hill has confirmed what some may know already. Ex-boyfriend Rohan Marley is not the father of her new baby boy. Marley has tweeted on several occasions about the matter, saying he isn't the childs father. Pictures of Marley and his new model girlfriend are posted on the internet currently. Kelly Rowland, who just released a new album "Here I Am" on Tuesday, talked during a recent interview about the single "Motivation" and the possibility of a Destiny's Child reunion. She says she loved "Motivation" when she heard the track and that working with Lil Wayne was breathtaking. As for a Destiny's Child reunion, she says although the three women talk often, there are no plans for a reunion. With a new album and a new job as a judge on the UK's "X Factor", Rowland has quite a bit going for her. Having been quiet for the last few years, it looks like singer Ashanti is preparing to hit the scene again. The singer recently released a promotional photo shoot and has been in the studio with Dr Dre and Lil Wayne. Fans might be treated to a single this summer with an album later this year. Another exciting episode of "So You Think You Can Dance" aired last night with fans being treated to more fine performances from the contestants. The contestants are pulling out all the stops and it's anyone's guest who will win the grand prize. Tune in to see who goes home tonight. On the tube: "So You Think You Can Dance" on Fox, "The Big Bang Theory" on CBS, "Wipeout" on ABC and "Community" on NBC. Happy Thursday!
