Monday Memo

007 is box office king. "Skyfall" topped the weekend box office earning over $80 million dollars. "Wreck-It Ralph", "Flight", "Argo" and "Taken 2" round out the top five films of the week. Actor/comedian Kat Williams' legal trouble continue to mount. Now, his personal assistant says the star flew into a rage and punched her knocking her to the grown. She's seeking damages for injuries she says she sustained. Chris Brown and Rihanna both say they are not together, although you'd never know it from  Rihanna's performance of the single "Stay" on "Saturday Night Live" recently. Rumors continue to swirl regarding the two, and only time will tell where things go from here. The Atlanta mansion Usher and ex-wife Tameka once shared is now up for auction for $1.2 million. Singer Toni Braxton's home is up for auction as well. The home was featured on an episode of "Braxton Family Values". Producer Swizz Beatz is the latest star to encounter money woes. The star reportedly owes the IRS in back taxes. So far, no comment from Swizz. Rapper Jay Z has already opened the Barclays Center in Brooklyn with a marathon of shows in September, but he's not done with the venue yet. This New Year's Eve, Hova will return to the Barclays Center with special guest Coldplay. In a post on their website, Coldplay announced that they will join Jay Z for a one night performance this December 31. In addition to their show with Jay Z, Coldplay will headline another show at Baryclays on December 30. The tickets for the shows will be available via Live Nation on November 17. A Twitter beef has begun between actor Jonah Hill and a CNN commentor. It all began when the commentor took to Twitter with his reaction to seeing the actor in an airport. Hill, of course, responded. Let's hope it doesn't go any further. A judge has denied actress Halle Berry's request to be allowed to move to France with her daughter. The actress and her ex have been in a nasty custody battle for some time, and it looks like it's finally ended with the judges ruling on the matter. On the tube: "Bones" on Fox, "How I Met Your Mother" on CBS, "Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars Live" on ABC and "The Voice" on NBC. Happy Monday!
