Tuesday Tales

There was a fight inside a Hollywood club involving actor/comedian Mike Epps' entourage and some other patrons, but no one was hurt. Apparently, a warning shot was fired during the scuffle, but no arrest were made. No comment from Epps. Teen sensation Justin Bieber reportedly got so excited after his performance with rapper Nicki Minaj that he had to shower and change his pants before meeting girlfriend Selena Gomez. Rapper 50 Cent poked fun at rapper Lil Wayne's recent taped deposition while refusing to answer the question whether he stole rapper Gunplay's chain. The G-Unit general quoted Weezy's lines word for word before giving him a shout out. In the meantime, Weezy has a collaboration with Paris Hilton in the can, and it remains to be seen if it'll see the light of day. Hilton has a new album in the works and Wayne helped her with it. Everyone seems to love rapper Kendrick Lamar debut album, everyone that is, except Shyne. Shyne went in on the album saying it's garbage. Lamar has taken the high road on the matter by saying Shyne is a good brother and giving him a shout out. Rapper Game, in the meantime, has come to Lamar's defense, and he's even recorded a diss track directed at Shyne. The crew of fans and journalist on board singer Rihanna's plane became restless during a flight from German to London while waiting for the pop star to appear. So restless that a man decided to entertain everyone by streaking through the aisle naked.  Singer R Kelly has announced that he's received an offer to bring his "Trapped In The Closet" series to the Broadway stage. The series became a cult classic back in 2005  and recent relaunched to fans at the Sunshine Theater in New York City. Kelly stated that he's working on creating a Broadway version of the series. The video series will premiere at the IFC on Friday. While Kelly wouldn't go into any further details regarding the series, he's clearly excited. The latest chapters of the musical soap opera introduces some new characters, and of course, in true tradition, ends with a cliffhanger. The singer claims he has 85 chapters waiting in the studio, which will give him more material to transform into a Broadway classic.  Rapper J. Cole has big plans for his sophomore album due for release in 2013. During a recent interview with the Hollywood Reporter on the red carpet of the 2012 American Music Awards, the Roc Nation MC made it clear he's looking to build on the success of his debut, "Cole World: The Sideline Story". He stated that the promotional push for the last album wasn't as big because his label didn't know he'd go number one. He says this time there should be a bigger promotional push. He added that he'd like to shoot a short film to accompany the album, as well as multiple music videos. "Born Sinner" is scheduled to hit stores on January 28. On DVD: "Tarantino XX", Expendables 2", "Yes, We're Open" and "Grave Of The Fireflies".  On the tube: "Raising Hope" on Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars Live" on ABC and "The Voice" on NBC.
