Tuesday Tales
Rapper Kanye West has been ordered to stay at least ten yards away from the photographer he's accused of attacking after an altercation at LAX airport in Los Angeles. The photographer was also ordered to stay ten yards away from West as well. The judge in the case refused a request that the rap star take anger management classes, however. It's doubtful West will have any trouble staying away from photos. Rapper/singer Lauryn Hill, who was just released from prison, will be allowed to tour. She will begin a series of dates beginning in November until the end of the year. She will, however, serve three months of house arrest starting New Years Day. Hill completed a three month sentence for tax evasion and is reportedly working on a new album, "Letters From Exile". Congratulations to Halle Berry and husband Oliver Martinez are in order. The two welcomed a baby boy into their family. This is the second child for Berry who has a daughter from a previous relationship. Singer Mariah Carey has fired former "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson as her manager and hired music mogul Jermaine Dupri. Dupri made the announcement at the A3C Hip Hop Festival in Atlanta. "A multi-talented artist of Mariah's caliber should be doing everything imaginable", the So So Def chief said in a statement. The two have cranked out several hits together, including "Shake It Off" and the heartbreak ballad "We Belong Together". Carey is working on her next studio album, "The Art Of Letting Go", but hasn't announced a release date. On the tube: "Dads" on Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Marvel's Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D." on ABC and "The Voice" on NBC. Happy Tuesday !
