Monday Memo
"Inception" held on to number one for the third week in a row, earning over 27 million dollars. "Dinner For Schmucks", "Salt", "Despicable Me" and "Cats & Dogs: The Revenge Of Kitty Galore" round out the top five films of the week. Several weekend weddings occurred. Singer Alicia Keys and producer Swizz Beatz tied the knot in a small ceramony, rapper T.I. married his long time love Tameka "Tiny" Cottle and former first daughter Chelesa Clinton married her long time love as well. Congradulations to all. For those who have been wondering, wonder no more. Singer Kelly Price is back. The singer stated she's hard at work on a new project and it's slated to be the singer's most personal work to date. No name or release date for the project has been announced yet. Singer Faith Evans is reportedly working on new music as well. No name or release date has been announced. At any rate, it's great to see both ladies back on the scene. If you haven't already, check out "True Blood". The show has turned out to be a thrill ride for fans and shows no signs of slowing down. Actors Mark Wahlberg and Will Farrell star in "The Other Guys" out this weekend. The film is a hilarious action comedy that should delight fans of the genre. On the tube: "Lie To Me" on Fox, "How I Met Your Mother" on CBS, "The Bachelorette" on ABC and "America's Got Talent" on NBC. Happy Monday!
