Tuesday Tales

Rapper Kanye West has reportedly changed the title of his next album. No word yet on  a title. Cable network BET will air a first ever music documentary on women in hip hop. Titled "My Mic Sounds Nice: A Truth About Women In Hip Hop", the documentary will feature interviews with artists and executives Missy Elliott, Eve, Trina, Yo Yo, MC Lyte, Ra Digga, Jermaine Dupri, Russell Simmons and Kevin Liles, among others. It will examine gender-specific differences in artistry, marketing, promotion and economics. It reveals much about the industry as well. The show will air on August 30 on BET at 10:00 PM. Biever Fever was proven to be far from over as the teen sensation led all winners at last night's "Teen Choice Awards'. The teen took home Choice Music: Male Artist, and Choice Music: Breakthrough Artist, among others. Rapper Eminem, Lady Gaga, Beyonce and Jason Derulo were also big winners. For those unaware, the competition is down to the top three on Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance". Tune in to see who goes home with the grand prize. Be sure to catch the show "Bachelor Pad" on ABC. Male and female rejects from past "Bachelor" and Bachelorette" shows will compete for cash. It should be a show filled with one surprise after another. The summer movie season moves along with the release of "Takers" on August 27. The action adventure film stars T.I., Michael Ealy, Idris Elba, Chris Brown and Paul Walker, among others. It is full of non stop action and shouldn't be missed. On dvd: "Date Night" and "Death at a Funeral". On the tube: "Hell's Kitchen" on Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Wipeout" on ABC and "Minute To Win It" on NBC. Happy Tuesday!
