Just shortly before going to trial of murder, a Louisiana judge has decided that rapper Lil Boosie's lyrics can be used against him in court. There's a line in one of his songs where he states "any n***** who f*** with me all dead. He's been accused of paying to have a gentleman killed. There's still no word on a trial date. Singer Jennifer Hudson walked out of the courtroom during the trial of William Balford, the man who murdered her mother, brother and nephew. Hudson didn't want to see pictures of her nephew's blood soaked body. Her fiance David Otonga did remain in the courtroom and took notes. Bobby Brown will not have to serve any additional time for his recent DUI. He's served one month in jail and is currently on probation. It looks like the property of rapper Young Buck will not be put on auction afterall. A judge recently ordered that the MC's property be sold as part of his bankruptcy hearing. Now, it's been ruled that mentor 50 Cent owns all the intellectual property, including copyrights and even the rapper's professional name. Nicki Minaj fans will be happy to know that the First Lady of Young Money has returned to Twitter after closing her account. The video for her single "Starships" premieres on MTV tonight. Rapper Wiz Khalifa tried to hide a bag of marijuana in his hotel room recently. The authorities found the bag, however and issued him a citation. Now it's back to business as usual. Singer Gladys Knight was voted off "Dancing With The Stars', and it remains to be seen who will go next. Be sure to tune in. On Fox's "American Idol", contestants performed the music of 70's rock group Queen. Tonight the results of viewer votes will be revealed. Tune in.
