Tuesday Tales
Rapper Fat Joe was detained by Wisconsin authorities after an unindentified female claimed that she was sexually assaulted by the rapper and his entourage after a concert on Sunday. The woman claimed she traveled back to the hotel with Fat Joe and his entourage after his performance at the Orpheum Theater in Madison that night. The woman claims she was assaulted during the ride. According to sources close to the investigation, the rapper was briefly detained for questioning, but was not arrested or charged with any crime. He was released Monday morning. There has been no comment from the rapper or his representatives on the matter. Rapper Jay Z and Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz have settled their lawsuit over naming rights of the 40/40 Club. You'll recall that earlier this year Hova took the slugger to court for copyright infringment after he opened his own 40/40 Club in the Dominican Republic. Ortiz has agreed to rename his 40/40 Club and remove it's website. Actor Michael Keaton recently told USA Today how much more complicated it was to play Ken in the box office hit "Toy Story 3". He says he actually understood where Ken was coming from. Catch the film at your local ciniplex. "American Idol" runnerup David Archuleta, along with Gladys Kngiht, will perform at the annual July 4 holiday concert in Washington. "A Capitol Fourth" will broadcast live from the west lawn of the Capitol at 8:00 P.M. on PBS stations. On dvd: "She's Out of My League" and "The Last Station". On the tube: "Hell's Kitchen" on Fox, "NCIS" on CBS, "Wipeout" on ABC and "Losing It With Jillian" on NBC. Happy Tuesday!
