Wednesday Roundup

Singer Trey Songz and actress Lauren London are rumored to be an item currently. Althouh no confirmation nor denial has been made yet, the two were spotten together at the BET Awards. Rapper DMX may be released from prison earlier due to good behavior. Let's hope he can get his life back on track soon. Rapper Eminem's latest release "Recovery" has topped the Billboard charts, selling over 741,000 units in it's first week. It's the  highest first week tally since AC/DC's "Black Ice" sold 784,000 back in 2008. The Detroit MC's latest also tops "Relapse", his last release by 100,000 units. Drake's "Thank Me Later" dropped to number two  on the charts with 157,000 units sold in it's second week of release. Meanwhile, the Roots' "How I Got Over" ranks at number six, selling 51,000 units. If you've missed the CBS reality show "Big Brother", the wait is over. The show will air for the summer season on July 8. There's sure to be more drama and shocking surprises for viewers. Tune in. The summer movie season keeps humming along with actor Leonardo DiCaprio releasing a film soon. We'll see how the remainder of the summer movie season pans out. Some films have done well, while others have not lived up to expectations. On the tube: "So You Think You  Can Dance" on Fox, "How I Met Your Mother" on CBS, "The Middle" on ABC and "America's Got Talent" on NBC. Happy hump day!
